“I wanted to send a quick note to say how happy I was with my purchase today.
I visited the store just after lunch and met Gary, who was wonderful to work with. He really knew his stuff, and it was clear that he is an expert in his field. He had me walk in front of him and was able to identify exactly what kind of shoe I needed just by analyzing my gait.
I could tell he was very serious about his work and truly knew what he was talking about. I went with his suggestion, and I am quite happy with the results. The shoes he picked out appear to be fantastic for running, which is a topic Gary and I discussed at length.
This store clearly knows what they are doing and offers a great selection of running shoes and accessories. I will certainly be coming back again and again.

“Ordered shoes online but the wrong ones were delivered. Not sure about their QA/QC process (or lack thereof). Could have just easily confirmed if the right shoes were delivered.
UPDATE: Received the correct shoes. Person I spoke with was very helpful and got me the correct pair of shoes after a few days. Price of the shoes was the lowest I'd seen, so no issues there.
Would have been 5 stars if the original issue hadn't occurred.”

“Although customer service wasn’t able to help me with what I needed I’m not going to be sour grapes and give them a bad review because their customer service was excellent and they did exactly what they were supposed to do. I didn’t get the results I liked, but they were still very good at what they did.The store is extremely well stocked with a huge variety of items!Each department has a good variety of items and sizes and the racks are extremely full.The store is easy to get to from the parking lot. I have so many pairs of Trippen shoes from Margaret that I could open a store in my closet--all size 7, of course. Margaret is the best and always orders me great Trippen shoes that I see online. I have sent several friends here and everyone loves this shop. My friends have purchased so many pairs of shoes that I make them check to be sure they don't wear the same shoes I am when we go out. “I lost the bottom of the heel on one of my favorite boots. I came in Saturday they gave me a ticket and said come back Wednesday. I came back picked them up and they were perfect.
