“Five Below is always a fun place to explore, there is no telling what you may find on their shelves. Sometimes you can find a real bargain. On a recent trip I grabbed a cat tunnel for $4 that made our cats extremely happy while I found a rubber duck dressed up like Spock for my collection.”

“I was looking for a mirror and found a few here, from small size to the one I got, 48 x 76 inches. I asked if someone could help me with it, and soon, two people did help me get it with their cart.
The person at the register was friendly and fast, I paid and also got a bit of help getting the mirror on my vehicle.
They had many registers open when the line got longer.
The store was clean, there is plenty of free parking right in front.
Overall I like the store and I'll come back.”

“1st time in store, they have a lot to offer, very busy store but it was difficult to find things because it was not very organized when I visited. Again a lot of foot traffic. Customers pick up and place things out of order but it was disorganized. I might have to go again.”

I had to go through the store for a refund and Darius I believe his name the store manager was very helpful and patient with me... He is awesome... His manager of the furniture department Mariah I believe is her name helped me as well. The store was fully stocked and clean. Whenever I'm ever in that area, I'll surly shop there.... “Update: Thursdays are now $1.00. It is a great place to shop for bargains. I love coming here and looking for stocking stuffers and small gifts. I have gotten press on nails, makeup, party plates (bundles), clothing, car accessories, toys, pet toys/treats, food items... and more... they even have a refrigerator section with cheeses and other great items. I love the people who work here, they are kind and helpful. If you're looking for something specific they will take down your phone number and let you know when they have some.”

Company question, why is there only a complaint line through corporate? I had to leave my compliments for Jennifer and her team with the complaint dept. That's not going to inspire loyalty in your staff, or customers obviously. Please make it easy to leave compliments where they belong! And maybe give that girl a raise”
