Yesterday we visited two locations … at the first one we had an unpleasant experience so we left, still wanted to purchase a mattress we decided to try another location. The second location we met Roger, totally different personality, pleasant, no pressure, helpful and respectful.
Needless to say I purchase the mattress I wanted .

“I just had the best bed purchasing experience of my life. I needed to buy a new bed for my mom who's in assisted living. Sam took such good care of me, he told me they have a lot of experience with this, and they have a program specifically for this situation. You choose the firmness of the mattress, whether it's a 1 year, 5 year, or 10 year mattress, and the height of the boxspring. Sam is extremely knowledgable and explained everything very well. And the bed is being delivered in 2 days! I wish I could give a 10 star review.”

“I went into the store today to find some plastic glides to replace the ones that had been broken off the current Tropitone deck chairs that I bought at The Great Escape last year. Evan at the front desk was an amazing help. He was able to find some extra glides and provided them to me at no cost.
