“This store gets all the stars. The girls here and the manager Sam are all very helpful and seem happy to be at work. They are very good at making suggestions along with sizing. I have been here a couple times and spent all the money here not spent at other stores!! I always leave confident and excited with my selections. Give them a try if you haven’t been there it’s so worth it and they have great promos!!”
“No issues with the store, but finding a parking spot at this Oak Brook center was a nightmare. Spent 30mins finding a spot vs a 5min quick return/exchange at the store. The staff was very helpful.”
“Largest Old Navy the wife and I have been to. My Love has some height and is on the slim side. They stock sizes she needs. As for me, I'm impressed by the large clearance section. Staff was friendly and eager to help, store was organized and busy, so I say the employees are on it!!! Fantastic experience!!!”
“I've been in here a few times on Saturdays, to either return items or pick up online orders. Although it is insanely packed in the store (weekend rush) and most of the customers are rude, pushy, and slightly clueless, I found every associate in the store very helpful. My returns were quick and I was helped immediately when I went to pick up my items I had ordered online. The store does look pretty messy, but I witnessed associates hanging up items and putting clothing away. I definitely need to go during the week when it is not so insanely crowded.”
