“This Gap re-laid out their store again, which made it seem like there were less men's clothes available, and had the women's sections very spread out. Adult athletic wear was on a whole other floor. The dressing room was chaotic, however despite that - the attendants were very helpful with retrieving other sizes. I will say Gap had exactly what I was out shopping for today.”

The store is small but they are very attentive.I was sent here by the Rosemont store after waiting an hour in their line to return my online purchase. Unfortunately at thus location they also cannot take online returns since they are a satellite store and the Rosemont store should have known that and not misguided me. However rather than send me away the gentleman offered to help me tape up the box and fill out the return invoice. They pointed me to the FedEx store across the street to drop it off. My only other option would have been to drive downtown and wait in line in the cold at that store. No thanks! This was easy and I was done in 5 minutes.”

“I had the most amazing shopping experience here at Abercrombie & it was all due to an associate who happens to be the manager. I didn’t even find that out till later because of another associate that told me because I was so enamored by Daisy’s professionalism. Walking into the store I was extremely impressed by the layout & the collection!! The store was clean, very well organized & managed well. I walked over to Daisy with a question & she ended up dressing me for an event that I have coming up! It’s funny because I had very little time but, with all of Daisy’s style & expertise she made my shopping so much easier & prompt! With very little time to waste. she just made my experience upbeat & fun so much so, till I will be returning to shop here more often!Thank you for hiring such friendly, kind, sharp, knowledgeable associates that go above & beyond the call of duty! “I went to this location about a week ago and would say it was by far one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a while. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Katherine. She seemed happy to be there and was very polite to me throughout the whole time I spent at the store. She helped me pick out some cute outfits which I had to get. I’m a very picky person and usually don’t end up buying anything from the mall most times I go, but girl had some taste. If you go to this location, look for a tall blonde girl who looks more on the serious side, but I promise she’s super sweet once she starts talking!”

“We visited Gucci at Oak Brook as we were at the mall to visit another store and we were highly impressed with Jennifer! Jennifer welcomed us warmly, and took the time to ask us if there was anything in particular we were shopping for. Jennifer presented ideas on "complex" styles which fit perfectly, and made our shopping experience pleasurable. Jennifer's attention to detail, and professionalism are on another level (she sent me a text two days later to thank us again for our business). “In an age of lazy retailers, one stands alone: Neiman Marcus. Remember the local feel of Fields? The customer service at Nordstrom's? They are both gone and all that remains is Neiman's hyper-focus on the customer. Recently at their Oak Brook location I was buying a small hostess gift. In walks Stephany. She helped me pick out something nice, wrapped it, rewrapped the stuff I bought at the book store, walked me over to pick up the sweater I ordered, of course helped wrap that, gave me advice on what to write on the card, talked without making me feel rushed and no joke, gave me a little hug. I spent $60 (plus the sweater that was already purchased). But in that moment they made a customer for life. Not kidding.”
