“World Market is truly a unique store with a plethora of well-crafted items that hold appeal for a wide range of shoppers. From the tactfully-situated furniture pieces to the vegan beard oil, there is truly something for everyone at a feasible price. While perusing the large, refurbished warehouse-style shop, I stopped to assess the quality of multiple items. I felt that in terms of material, stitching, and design in regards to decorative homeware pieces, quality was exemplary- particularly considering that World Market is a large chain / franchise entitity. I also objectively assessed ingredients for a variety of products in the category of soaps, skincare, etc. and can confidently say that there has been much care taken to ensure sustainability and other mindful considerations, which is highly important to me as a shopper. I also appreciated the care with which displays were posed. For example, accessories with delicate/ intricate design targeted towards a more mature audience had front-display signage stating the intentionality of age (12+), as shown in the photos below. Small details such as this have solidified World Market as an excellently-maintained, mindful, holistic shop I will definitely be returning to. Who knows, I may walk in for a bundle of sage and come out with an array of candles and throw pillows instead!”

“I recently purchased a Crate and Barrel gift card as a gift for my nephew. Unfortunately, when he went to use the gift card it had a zero balance on it. He was told that the gift card had already been used…weeks prior to him even receiving it from me.
I phoned the store manager, and she assured me that the situation would be rectified. In less than twenty four hours I received an email with a replacement gift card. Kudos for the amazing staff at Crate and Barrel for rectifying this issue, and for their amazing customer service.”
“Good selection, but BOY was this place packed on Black Friday. We were still able to get our kids in there to shop, but the checkout line was 30 minutes long (not a complaint against the store.) They didn’t have all the sizes we were looking for, but overall this was a good store experience.”
