“Good selection, but BOY was this place packed on Black Friday. We were still able to get our kids in there to shop, but the checkout line was 30 minutes long (not a complaint against the store.) They didn’t have all the sizes we were looking for, but overall this was a good store experience.”

“My husband and I were looking for new furniture for our outdoor space, and after a poor experience at Arhaus, we became aware of Room & Board from a few friends. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We worked with Jean, who was so attentive to e-mail, and when we came for our design consult, she had several ideas for us to review and never pressured us with an upsell of products. She was very mindful of our budget, and helped us build out a beautiful patio.Will definitely return for our next furniture needs!”

“We had the most wonderful time at the C&B Oakbrook location for our wedding registry! We were greeted and checked in by Sue, who began our appointment by discussing our needs and wants to help direct our registry picks and store touring. We were late given a complimentary wedding gift of paired stemless wine glasses. Later, we dined at The Table in which we were given complimentary glasses of champagne to celebrate with. All in all, we felt very special and appreciated and there was genuine excitement from staff regarding our upcoming nuptials that won’t be forgotten. Thank you to all at this location and especially Sue for making today so wonderful and fun!”

“Love west elm for their style, promos and affordability, at least for myself. Quality can be hit or miss here and there, but this location goes above and beyond to help you sort it out. There is a location three miles from me, but I'll drive twenty miles here because the staff is extremely friendly and wants to ensure you're happy with your purchase.”
