“Place is OK. 2 slot inside dock can get even tighter if the first guy goes in a little cockeyed. Works more along the lines of first come first served. Don't get there too early because they will still be loading their own trucks and you'll just be wasting your time. Guys there are easy enough to work with. If it wasn't for the tight inside dock they would get 5 stars.”

“So there’s no parking on-site but there is a truck stop less than a mile away that lets you park first 3 hours free, then it’s $25. Got here at 3am but receiving doesn’t open until 6am, not a 24hour facility. When you come in it’s on the right side, grey building. Across from building is another facility that’s grey and blue with pink vans, that’s not the cold storage lol. I was so confused when I first got here but it’s the boring greyish beige building across from it ok? ok. Got here at 6:06am for 7am appt but they girl that checks ppl in didn’t get here until 6:45am but it was cool I still got into a door immediately. The people here are super nice, clean bathroom inside and easy backing. Out by 7:46am”
“Truck Route from I290 exit 14b St Charles road East. No Trucks allowed on West exit. Go East to Wolf Road turn left at light continue to end of Road go over railroad Trax turn right onto Proviso Dr follow down to Door 60. (Google maps takes you this way) BRING IN YOUR CELL PHONE you need it to check in scan the code posted on the check in window. You'll need to take a photo of your ID aswell. THEY CHARGE A LATE FEE for late arrivals I paid $155.25 for efs/comcheck you pay this on your phone with Road Sync so you dont need a paper check just the Advance code they'll send you a link there's also an app. They won't begin unload till they receive late fee open till 2000. Overnight parking along fence. Make sure to enter the correct phone number they'll call you with your dock door number. 01/2024 update there is now a tablet inside shipping/Receiving office for Self Check in. need your Load/delvery number
