They both went above and beyond to help me properly manage three storage units (over quite some time), and both were especially helpful in transitioning and evacuating my units. “I needed to downsize my storage from a 10 by 15 to a 10 by 10... I was stressing earlier this afternoon but when i got to the storage... Mr.Eduardo assured me that everything would be ok. He made things easier for me ... He talked to me and calmed me down... I seen two storage spots and picked one. I was in and out of there... I have to honestly say he was nice , polite and concerned with my mood and made me Feel better. You Need More People like him... He explained everything to me and took care of everything and had me out of there quick...

“Stopped in a few days ago to talk about my Rent but no one was there at the time and I was about to leave and Tina pulled up. She asked what i needed and if she could help and asked if i could wait until she got inside and apologized for no one here and she really help me out this day and she answered all my questions. It looked like this day was a long day for her even though it was 10:30am, but As we were talking she stated that she is from another district and this will be her last week in the district. I told her I'm coming over to where you are from now on to ask questions and pay if I need too. She is SOOOO FRIENDLY and doesn't mind answering any questions or helping me fix any problems I've been having!!! It will be sad to see her leave!!!!!”
