“Brianna and the entire alterations department gets 6/5 stars! They were all super helpful, really kind, and made me feel beautiful and amazing in my bridesmaid dress. They also helped me find a bra that worked for the dress when I had a hard time finding one on my own. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I was originally trying dresses on my consultant had multiple people she was helping, so I felt like my party and I mostly tried on dresses alone and I missed out on some of that support, but she ended up being the person who found the perfect dress in the end, so I can't be too salty! Overall I highly recommend David's Orland Park. Everyone is so kind and professional and the work they do is incredible! I love my dress and I can't wait for my friends wedding.”

“I was referred here by my sister in law after purchasing running shoes for her daughter, a collegiate athlete. I decided to give it a try since I am starting to take walking/jogging more seriously and would like to continue doing this long term. I have never been an athlete myself so I really didn't know the first thing about purchasing proper shoes. I have to say that Afana guided me every step of the way. I had no real idea of what I wanted but he was able to assess my needs quite accurately. I went home actually excited to get to the track with my new shoes. I walked my first mile and I can say that I have no regrets about the shoes I purchased. Thank you for all your help Afana! My feet felt great after my walk.”
“Golden Shoes was recommended by the rounding podiatrist at my mom's assisted living (Evergreen Senior Living). She has a spur on her left heel that's quite painful, so the Dr. said GS sells cushy shoes that could give her some relief. My mom is 88I phoned Monday, 4/29 at about 5:45 pm. The lady said she'd have to call me back, as the store was slammed. OK. Well, around 8 pm, Camille called back. I said, "It can wait until tomorrow; go home!" She said, "You sounded kind of desperate, so I called tonight." We ran through the situation and she assured me they could help.My mom had a Dr. appt. on Thursday, 5/2, so I wanted to kill a couple of birds while she was out anyway. Camille told me she might not be in when we came, but Mike could take care of us. And boy, did he! She hadn't be back of 5 minutes at Evergreen before receiving two compliments on the shoes. It's not about the fashion, but rather the comfort/relief the shoes bring. She said it was about 80% better.Mike was so kind, patient, professional, but relaxed; great sense of humor, too! I can't say enough about Golden Shoes, their staff and selection. We frequent restaurants nearby, but never knew the store existed. I'm so thankful Dr. Maureen recommended it. Without a doubt, I'd go there again AND recommend it to others!Thank you Golden Shoes!”
“I called the Evergreen Park store and talked with Moniece before going there. She was great on the phone, and even better in person. She anticipated my needs and, even better, had all items I needed in stock (unlike other stores). She provided advice and listened to what I had to say. I've been to other DXL locations, and while they were good, Moniece was great.”

“I went here a couple weeks ago looking for some new dance shoes. They were so friendly and nice in helping me find the right shoes. I went in planning on just getting ballet shoes, but ended up walking out with ballet and jazz shoes-both of which fit great and I love! There aren't many dance shoe stores around, so I'm especially thankful this place exists so close to me. It's so much more fun going to a store rather than purchasing online!”

I found the store very very friendly, the employee understood my problem and helped me choose a pair of tennis shoes for my problem. When I put on the tennis shoe I felt a relief in my foot that I had never felt before, and I am grateful. I recommend the store.”
“I hurried home just so I can write a review on the wonderful Olivia! She was pleasant, patient, a multi-tasker, superb communication skills and excellent customer service. The store was super crowded and she had coworkers but they were not of any service. She ended up helping about 4 of us simultaneously and got us all fitted and out in under 10 minutes! Wow! I would hope she is the store manager, if not then she needs a promotion!”

“They have a decent selection of shoes. I go here mostly for my kid’s shoes, especially back to school shoes. Most of the time I go there they have the Crocs that my daughter loves. I just wish they had more of the sizes I needed. Pretty organized and you get to spin (which my son loves to do) the wheel to get a special discount or bonus points. All in all, I’ll continue shopping at this location”

“Today was my first time shopping at this mall with my mom. We had a horrible experience at Box Lunch that we were literally shaking from and we came to Loft next to finish my mom’s returns. I feel like I’m going to mess up spelling her name, I think she said it was Jojo or Juju, I’m so sorry I don’t know for sure. :,( But anyways she was SO nice. Before even knowing about our experience she provided my mom with great customer service. She then asked how my first experience was at the mall and we told her what happened and she was shocked so I’m glad it wasn’t just us. We did the return and went to get food. We circled back about an hour or two later and she was still there and so was so helpful and pleasant again which was extremely refreshing. I seriously wish every store could have this environment that she provided for us and I work in retail too so I definitely took notes from how kind she was!”

“Ive been shopping at Jmd sox outlet for over 40 years the original store on Harlem. I went back to get my son work sox for Christmas. I was not disappointed. Not only did I find great deals on sox, he got some nice Carhart gear too! The staff were great & helped me find what I was looking for. Quick check out, & they let me know how long I have to take them back for a refund. Ill be shopping here for the next 40 years !”
