“I was checking out and had to wait slightly longer than usual, but for a good reason. The lady at checkout was assisting a person who was blind locate the items he needed to purchase. She was very descriptive, helpful and kind to the person. At the end of the transaction she arranged someone from pharmacy to escort the person to the bus stop, which is kiddy corner to the store. The pharmacy technician used proper human guide when traveling with someone with blindness and was also very descriptive and kind to the gentleman. If only all establishments did this.”

“Not my "usual" CVS but I was looking for some reading glasses and this one was on the way home from another spot I had visited, so it was convenient. Seemed like a larger store with wider aisles than teh one I'm used to, so I kinda liked that.Went straight to the rack with generic eyewear. Selection was good, but the variety wasn't as wide as the CVS I frequent. Nevertheless, I did find the type of reading glasses I needed. I also spotted a nice xase - mine has seen better days, so I bought that as well.I went up to check out. Aside from the pharmacy, I only saw two employees in teh store and one of them was stocking merchandise. The guy who had been at the register when I came in was helping a customer find something and progress with that appeared to be slow. I looked to my right and was relieved to see a self-checkout counter. Stepped on over and got it done.Overall, a decent experience.”

“I switched to this CVS lately, and all the staff there is wonderful. The pharmacy technicians are the most understanding people, kind, very efficient and Professional. They know you need your meds ASAP. So they understand your worry this CVSis on Oak Park and Roosevelt in Oak Park il. I had been going to another place but they were Rude and disrespectful yelling at people who are there because they need there because they need the medication.. But this CVS is #1.thank you CVS”

“I feel obliged to counter some of the blistering reviews regarding this outlet. On Sunday, I went there for the first time. I have a hard-to-get prescription so, when it was unavailable at another Walgreens, I gave this one a call. The pharmacist promptly informed me that it was available at just the pill count I required...so I needed to act. I cabbed it over and was processed by a personable clerk. I let him know I had a cab waiting, so he made mention of it to the pharmacist and said it would be 15 minutes, though they had it in about 10 minutes though there were other customers. I've waited MUCH longer at other Walgreens when there wasn't a customer in sight. So, at least for me, it was a positive customer experience.”
