“If you want a local mechanic who will help in a pinch and who is consistently there for you then this is your guy. Several times he has charged me nothing to look at a light or hook up a monitor for a quick analysis. Yes you will need an appointment to do anything major. No they are not cheap but they do stand behind their work.”

“Best customer service in my area. I am a life long resident of oak park. This gas station has been a staple in the community. The cashiers are all very friendly and provide a great service. The product they provide is always safe. I have never seen a rodent like other gas stations. As a black man the employees make me feel welcome. 5 stars”

“This Mobil station is always my go-to! The location is super convenient, right off the highway. The pumps are always working, and the gas prices are competitive for the area. What really sets this place apart is the staff. They're always friendly and helpful. The store is well-stocked, and the restrooms are clean, which is a big plus for road trips. Highly recommend!”

“Have been going to this gas station for the last 2-3 years. Always a friendly staff and fully stocked station. Little low on the variety of items offered but has the essentials I would say. It's connected to a tire and auto shop which comes in handy so definitely a good place to use if need be.”

“This Shell always has the lowest price. Even the gas stations 5 min away from either direction is about .10 or .20 cents higher. Sometimes Thortons (close to 290 on Harlem) may beat it because you get discounts with their rewards cards, nonetheless gas price always low here. Their air works pretty good and I don't recommended purchasing coffee here, just bottled drinks & snacks. I always come here whenever I don't fill up in Naperville. Staff is really nice too !”

“This BP is on Madison & Lombard in Oak Park. It was easy to navigate the large lot with three separate islands. I paid at the pump and went inside and found the store clean and well organized. Even the restroom was clean on my visit.”

“I enjoyed this Shell gas station for its convenient location. It also tended to have gas prices that were cheaper than other gas stations. Inside the gas station, they had convenient items available that one could purchase. I was loyally going to this gas station preferentially for literally over a decade.”

“Got a flat tire unexpectedly near my home and brought it in for repair. They inspected the puncture and confirmed it could be safely patched instead of replacing the tire. The repair was done in under 40 minutes. I liked that they also checked air pressure in all tires without charging extra. Simple service but handled efficiently. Waiting space isn’t very large, but for a quick job like this it didn’t matter much.”
