“I had my battery replaced on my iPhone 13 Mini, one of the few shops that had batteries for this low selling iPhone. I appreciated the messages after I scheduled the repair, which was just a few days from when I scheduled. Thanks to this, I disconnected Apple Pay and Find My so the iPhone was ready for the battery replacement. When I arrived at my scheduled time, the man at the front desk took my phone and the case and brought it to a technician. The shop has a big and comfortably padded couch where people can wait. I listened to my favorite podcast on lifting culture and bodybuilding using a portable MP3 player. I was surprised that in just exactly half an hour later my phone was ready and the battery had been replaced without incident. I did not realize that replacement batteries are at zero when shops receive them. My iPhone was at 16 percent. The shop was gracious enough to charge the phone for 10 minutes to boost my level to 27 percent so I had plenty of charge for the trip home. I have a pocket cell phone charger. I wish I brought it. An advisory for customers to bring their portable cell phone chargers would have been helpful. Yet, I easily made it home on the charge I had with the brand new battery. I had great service and a quick repair with no problems whatsoever. Thanks guys for making this so smooth.”
“I came here about a year ago and honestly I’m so sorry I’m late for a review but this company is that good. I didn’t forget about their services. They were fast and extremely friendly. They gave me a discount and my phone, because of them, still works excellently up to now. When I got it back, the screen was better than its original! I also talked to a guy traveling from like an hour away who came to see these guys. To paraphrase what he said, he was pretty much telling me this place is worth the drive. “Called over the phone to get a quote for a cracked screen it was 65.00 bucks, got there is 95.00 due to LCD needing repaired. Just got overcharged for phone case, was 25.00 and I found it on Amazon was 7.00 bucks. Also after I waited over two hours to remove the rubber bands from the repaired screen I placed the screen protector on, and a few hours later there were yellow spots on the bottom of the screen and a yellow line on the right side of the screen. The 65.00 dollar quote turned into a total of 144.00 bucks. So be prepared!!!! Customer Service was nice.”

“Joe and Bob at Royal Home Entertainment were able to magically transform my “rat’s nest” of dozens of non-terminated and unlabeled cat5 cables into a seamless multi-room wifi system controlling four rooms and two 5.1 surround theater areas, using different TVs (one TCL Roku and one Sharp) across a mesh network. It took two days of hard work but Bob was incredibly patient throughout the process, tenacious, answered all my questions, worked closely with the Denom support team, and spent extra time and effort (at no cost) making it all look cosmetically nice by adding new wall plates and organizing the mess of cables. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!”

“I’m finally getting to write my review. I came to this shop about a month ago. My husbands phone had a broken screen, front and back.
Comparing prices; monthly phone insurance is an average $19 for my carrier. For 24 months ( total $456) because typically a phone will last us about that average time before breaking a screen or any type of damage leading to a replacement. Deduction for a claim for my husbands iPhone 13 Pro Max is $250 that would bring us to paying $706 for a replacement phone not a new phone. That’s ridiculous!
Tony was able to fix the phone and left it looking brand new for way less than going through the insurance. His prices are reasonable and the service is amazing. Thanks Tony!”
