“I went to other Boost mobile stores before coming to First Class Wireless. The other stores did not want to help me to program my phone but this store did , also I was told that we were eligible for a free phone which we were not informed in the other Boost locations.”
“Fast and friendly. Incredible call and customer service. Called about walking in for a same-day repair and they were upfront about costs and time. Luckily got there with enough time to have my phone repaired and have the shop have enough time to close on time. Guy was very chill. I'm very grateful, it's far from home but I'd go here again.”

“I requested an estimate to replace the battery on a tablet. This business is very responsive. I went on site to have the work done. The representative analysed my device and was up-front that replacing the battery would not resolve the issue. They promptly told me it was the charging port and I could replace the motherboard, but the issue would eventually happen again. I appreciate them being honest and would certainly try them again.”
“The service at this store is top-notch. I had some power issues with my laptop, and the staff member performed some reset settings, which fixed my laptop. They even declared it as free of charge since no parts were replaced. The attitude of the staff deeply moved me. It's a really excellent store, and if you have any computer issues, I highly recommend going there”
“This is definitely the place to go if you need your phone repaired. I called and was told that my phone part was in stock and it could be repaired immediately on the Spot while I waited. I was told about 30 minutes and it took just that. The price was very reasonable and the customer service was outstanding. Businesses like this should exist everywhere in Chicago because they take care of their customers by being honest fair and true to their word. Great experience overall and I left with a parting gift and a warranty as well. I would definitely recommend.”

“I’ve had a great experience with 2 different repairs here. 1 was a broken screen on my kids iPad and the other was a cracked camera lens on my iPhone 12. I didn’t even know that the lens could break - but my sheltered leaving a sharp jagged edge on the back of my phone. Both repairs were quick and I thought the prices were very fair compared to others - and I did call around. I would definitely recommend this place!”

“Roman Sokolov and his brother are special gifts to the Chicago area if you're in possession of medium to hi-end amplifiers and equipment. I've gone to them for years with an array of issues. Starting with a repair on the volume pot on my college 1980 Aiwa integrated amp that I was sure was destine for the recycle bin. I've got a higher end Tandberg power, preamp and FM tuner set that he keeps like new for me. Be ready to see more piled up old electronics than you've ever seen in one place. But Roman is organized and first rate. You won't find people doing their work anymore.”

“It seems like PlayStation is making these game systems so cheap, had to bring my son PS5 here to get the HDMI port repaired. I was able to get it back the same day within 2 hours. I was able to see that the game was working before leaving the store. Definitely recommend they also offer repairs for other devices.”

“I came to this location because I filed a claim through Asurion from my phone provider. I was slightly frustrated about the claim process from Asurion, as it has changed multiple times and has not been as easy as it was in the past, but coming to this location took all of my frustration away.Within an hour from filing, a technician from uBreakiFix River North called me to find out exactly what was wrong with my phone and when I was planning on coming in to drop it off. He was extremely friendly and assured me that it would be a quick fix. The same tech that I spoke with on the phone was the one who completed the drop off process and again, extremely friendly and let me know that I would have my phone back that same night (which Asurion CS reps and AT&T did not do).Overall, what started as a stressful situation was solved easily because of the technician at this specific location. I was 100% ready to cancel my insurance plan with Asurion/AT&T and switch to Apple Care had it not been for this location.”

“I had put off fixing my personal computer for over two years because of the anticipated cost and the time that it would take to get the job done. I am beyond happy that I was able to find this place!!! My Dell computer was not charging, I was able to give them a call and explain the problem. John and co are extremely knowledgeable and he gave me a demo of his in house brand (which sound great). I dropped off my speakers and had them back, repaired, in 2 weeks. So far they sound great.
