“Initially used chat to get some basic information, then we phoned. Talked with Kashif. He was very nice and knowledgeable. We talked about pieces, pricing, and shipping. I told him I was leery of ordering furnture online. He gave me his personal cell number and wanted me to contact him at anytime. After talking with wife, we placed the order. Our furniture came two weeks later. All the pieces were extremely well packed and showed no signs damage. The pieces are well made and fit in well with our other pieces.
