“I just want to let you guys know that I lost all of my documentation while I was in the smoke shop and Chachi held all of my documents he didn't mail it thank God he held all of my documents until I returned to receive them”
“This used to be my favorite spot when I lived in the area, with highly professional staff who were respectful and gave stellar recommendations, matched the quality of the cigars with the tone of their service, and huge selection. The last 2 times the staff was holding conversations with people using unprofessional foul language and joking around with off-color remarks. It’s one thing if guests are like this, but where’s the professional, respectful, engaging staff that used to run this place years ago? I’ll still give 4 stats for selection, quality, space, chairs, TV’s etc. But seriously, bring back the guys who used to be professionals who could run circles around other cigar lounges.”

“I come here to the smoke shop because it’s not Indian owned. I even feel bad for this place because so many people are judging the smoke shops Locally because the Indians made a bad name because of their gas station and 711 Reputation. These people are American, so I’m gonna stick to the American people that are just trying to make a living and not trying to scam the neighborhood. They actually go above and beyond to search for what you’re looking for even if it’s not a hot item and that’s what I respect about them if I were to walk into a typical gas station with Indians in it, they don’t even know what they’re selling, but this lucky smoke shop knows their stuff and I’m going to stick with them Because they’ve been around for a long time ever since I moved here in 2019”

“Classic vape shop. I was there on 12/22/24 early AM. Very clean and well organized.
The employee/owner didn’t try to upsell and was able to get exactly what I described at a very good price- at about a 20% discount compared to nearby competitors. It was one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had at a vape shop.
The employee also provided some really helpful
Info about alternative gummies and the one I had a sample was amazing. I would definitely purchase a package if edibles were my preference.

When I smoke, Casa is the first option that comes to mind!!”
