“Being in a totally empty store may be odd at first, but their products, ordering system, and delivery service are absolutely top of the line.Tried a mattress on Monday, ordered it late Monday afternoon, and had my old set removed and the new one professionally set up by Tuesday afternoon. The entire process took just less than 24 hours. The looped video in the store of talking heads explaining how to order feels a little 1984-ish, but the real life installation team was outstanding - neat, friendly, polite and 100% professional. I used to dread mattress shopping as much buying a car, with similarly pushy salesmen hovering over you at every turn, relentlessly hounding you to buy only the top of the line model with all the extra options. None of that here - no pressure, no stress., yet plenty of resources available if you have questions or concerns. All in all, an outstanding shopping experience. Now if they could adapt their system to car sales!”
“It was a fun and informative time at Danada Square Mattress FIrm. The owner was delightful while explaining the differences between mattresses., and affirmed my decision. I'm so happy with My selection. Can't wait to sleep in bliss! Rosalie”
“Excellent experience at Mattress Firm! Karolyn and Cesar were amazing—very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They took the time to understand what I needed, answered all my questions, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend working with them!”
“It was our first time doing business with Mattress Firm, and it was a very pleasant experience. Aseef showed us a variety of mattresses and helped us choose the best one for a great night’s sleep. Michael worked with us to ensure we got the best possible price. Highly recommend this Mattress Firm — they really do take care of you.”
“Mike was very polite and was not pushing me to make the sale . He walked me through all of my options and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't want. Very professional. Thanks Mike.”
“Jim (the owner) was incredibly professional and personable. He helped me find a comfortable mattress that I could afford, without trying to oversell me on anything. Bonus, he was very sweet to my daughter! A few days later I was gifted a mattress by a friend and needed to return my my purchase - he quickly and graciously gave me a full refund. If and when I do need another mattress, I will absolutely be returning here. Hands down the best customer service I've had anywhere in a long time. Thank you, Jim!”

“Good morning
Yesterday we visited two locations … at the first one we had an unpleasant experience so we left, still wanted to purchase a mattress we decided to try another location. The second location we met Roger, totally different personality, pleasant, no pressure, helpful and respectful.
Needless to say I purchase the mattress I wanted .
Thank you for hiring Roger…. Also I wish no harm to the other sales person, but maybe additional training on how to teach customer.
Thank you
Enjoy your day”
“Prompt and friendly service. Attention to detail and providing options to meet our needs. Listened to each of us and responded with good information to help us make a decision.”
“Michael and awab were wonderful. Came in weeks ago to ask questions but wasn’t ready to make the purchase. Came in today and they recognized me right away and gave me wonderful service. They didn’t have it available but they helped me put an online order so it could arrive in time. They’re the best”

“My husband and I visited the Saatva Viewing Room in Oak Brook. We were met at the door by Timera. She was very pleasant and very knowledgeable about all of the Saatva mattresses. She took her time with us and helped steer us to a mattress that was comfortable for both my husband an I. Saatva makes a great mattress with a great warranty.”
“Cabe was extremely helpful in finding the right refrigerator that fit the opening in my kitchen and explaining the process for the install and removal of my old fridge.”
“Our salesperson Brian was super helpful and informative! They’re very transparent here about what their mattresses are made of and which ones would be a better fit for me. It’s great that the Chicago suburbs have a local mattress manufacturer, and I also appreciate how long their Labor Day sale runs :) If I remember, I’ll update this review with how we like our mattresses in a year or two.”
“Purchase a king size mattress form this store. Very easy process. The owner Joseph was so very nice. I was not happy with the matress. I spoke worh the owner Joseph and he stated the I can come in and choose another mattress. He allowed me to pick a mattress of my choise and the Exchange was very easy. He also delivered my mattress same day with no additional cost. I am Very please with the customer service I received.”
“My husband and I purchased a sofa in March, 2026. Our sales person, Kaila was excellent! She helped us pick out the firmness of the cushions, the firmness of the back of the couch the material for the couch the material for the pillows with such ease. It could not have been a more enjoyable experience so we just wanted to say thank you.

“We have had My Green Mattresses for over 14 years. It is the only mattress we trust for our families sleep. Highly recommend their mattresses to family and friends.”

“We got a great deal. Brian at the Oak Brook store is fantastic. A truly great person. He's friendly, personable and honest, say less. Go see him, you won't be disappointed.”
“Great customer service. We were shown different options and suggestions for what our needs were.
Heather was amazing.
We would definitely recommend this store.”
“I bought a mattress that turned out to be too soft for my back, and even though they have a policy of no returns no exchanges all sales are final they still after 3 months took my mattress back gave me full credit for it and I was able to buy a new mattress that I'm happy with. The Simmons Beautyrest black series 3 firm pillow top is the best bed I've ever slept on. You'll never find a better price on good quality mattresses , they beat everybody . Able or Daniel are the ones to see in the Melrose Park North Avenue showroom.”
“Becky did a wonderful job helping us decide on a new bed. My wife and I were especially impressed by the way she answered our questions and understood our needs. She’s a tremendous asset to Sleep Number!”
“Amazing place to get your mattresses. I buy mine here and refer everyone I know. Great prices. And the woman is soo helpful. This is the only place I buy my mattresses from since I met them. And that’s bout 10 years ago!”
“Outstanding company. The ownership is top-notch, working with them has been nothing short of a pleasure. They turned around an order for me quickly and with ease. The service was better than any company I’ve worked with in the past ten years. Couldn’t recommend Made Rite Bedding enough.”
“Great place to test all the mattresses without a salesperson. The process is quite easy. Take as long or as little as you want to choose the perfect mattresses for you. Next day delivery and take away of the old mattresses. Delivery guts were courteous and professional. Shoes off before stepping into our home. I love that!”
“Great store, very clean and has the best deals!! Great selection of items too, easily the best in the area. Also, the cashiers at the front had superb customer service - I believe their names were Jay and Pete. Will definitely come back whenever I'm in the area!!!”
“Kind worker. Fast service. They even helped us secure a mattress that we purchased to our vehicle. The reason I don't give it a higher rating is the product was not very good, and they were not accurate in their advertisement.”

“First time at Mattress Firm and had a great experience. Anna was our sales representative who helped us pick out our mattress and she was amazing. One of the mattresses was for my 12 yr old daughter, she was very patient while we tried all the different choices and her knowledge helped us choose the best option. My daughter loves her mattress, our problem now is that it’s so comfortable that we can’t get her out of bed in the morning… lol. Thank you Anna for all your help!!”
