I've been the mattress firm previously when I was younger and usually the sales representative are rude or pushy instead of letting me decided and determine what I need or want. This time Debbie Skowron really made me and my son feel comfortable. She was polite and wanted to know what I wanted and needed. She really understand and doesn't see you as a dollar sign. She allows you to take your time and discuss options.”

“The customer service at this store was superb. I’ve been to several stores in Portage,In and Illinois and this was by far the most welcoming store of them all. I called and spoke with Demetrius before coming. He was so pleasant and took his time answering my questions and addressed my concerns. When we arrived to the store we met Angela who was just as wonderful. She took her time to assist us and explain everything thoroughly. She made the entire process a breeze. She was very knowledgeable about the products we were searching for. During this visit we also met the manager who Al was also helpful and very friendly. Overall the experience was wonderful. Great store with good people. I’m so happy we made the commute and didn’t give up on American freight based off the previous experience we had from other stores.”

“Great company. I bought the Mirak sectional with chaise and ottoman based off positive reviews that it was well built and durable. I would have to agree and I can see the couch holding up for many years. The ottoman had a loose staple on the bottom which was barely noticeable, but Dania sent someone out right away to fix it. Overall a great experience.”
