Yesterday we visited two locations … at the first one we had an unpleasant experience so we left, still wanted to purchase a mattress we decided to try another location. The second location we met Roger, totally different personality, pleasant, no pressure, helpful and respectful.
Needless to say I purchase the mattress I wanted .
Thank you for hiring Roger…. Also I wish no harm to the other sales person, but maybe additional training on how to teach customer.

Both times I purchased large furniture and all the pieces arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Both times the sales person on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful and courteous. The quality of my furniture was very good. I bought a long cabinet the first time and a buffet and china cabinet (2 pieces) the second time. They are beautiful and well made. The delivery process was easy with the guys handling my furniture and taking great care like it was their own. I will buy from China Furniture & Arts again.”

“The work was fantastic and I cannot recommend Montalbano enough. It is always a leap of faith entrusting something that is important enough to be refinished or repaired, but you can't go wrong here. I had a large dining room table that needed refinishing, repairs to the legs, and staining to match dining room chairs. You can see the impeccable work from the before and after shots below (you can also see the reupholstered chairs as well). Also, they took our loveseat, which was held together by bungee cords, and made it solid and beautiful again. Pricing was competitive and the work was second to none. Also, the fact that they are super-nice people doesn't hurt either.”

“I went into the store today to find some plastic glides to replace the ones that had been broken off the current Tropitone deck chairs that I bought at The Great Escape last year. Evan at the front desk was an amazing help. He was able to find some extra glides and provided them to me at no cost. I was very happy when I first received my new deck set with the level of service and responsiveness of the staff at this location, but that was just reinforced today when Evan displayed the same level of commitment to their product and customers as they did in the past. I would happily recommend this location to anyone looking for high quality deck furniture and amazing staff that stands behind their product and their customers!”
“I love 30 North Antiques! The owner, Bobby, is so kind and really cares about her customers. She has the best selection, and I always enjoy coming in. The store is big with three different areas, so there’s something for everyone. There are lots of cute trinkets, unique finds, and little treasures you won’t see anywhere else.”

“Good product. Support absolutely sucks. Order arrived and one of the boxes was missing pieces. Tried to chat with support. Couldn't start a chat. Tried to email support. It has been a week and no response. Tried to call and nobody answers the phone. Hours listed on the website say support is available until 7PM EST, but support is MIA.
Was finally able to get in touch wtih support. The person was nice and did send out the needed parts. Raising the review as support did make things right.”
“My mother and I were customers and bought several sets many years back like around 1989 and 2001 and they are still in perfect condition and in use. A couple are in use in my basement, and one is being used by my son in his kitchen. We got them when he was a child because we needed wipe clean. He’s almost 40 years old now. Recommend.”

“We were and are pleased with the loveseat and reclining chairs purchased in 2021. Top quality! Unfortunately, one of the cushions got ripped recently. We had purchased the 5-year warranty, so we filed a claim. The claim process had its ups and downs, but Rudy of The Great Escape in Downers Grove led us through the journey. The warrantor initially denied the claim, but with some insistence and assistance from Rudy, it was eventually approved. Since the fabric has been discontinued, we were able to get replacements for all four cushion sets. This is what customer service looks like!”
