Angel was very helpful and knowledgeable about this job in an office. All drawers are dove tail joints with very heavy duty shelving. Would highly recommend this Pentwater Cabinets and Angel, if you want a quality cabinet with great design. “The LG BP530 Blu-ray Player I ordered through World-Import played the PAL format discs I ordered from down-under on my NTSC equipment with no problems. And that is even when sending the HDMI output through a wireless extender to a CVBS converter to an old CRT TV! I put in any kind of disc and hit play. I could not be more pleased.”

“Purchased a flat screen tv from Best Buy. Today the service technician came out to install it. His name was Carlos. Everything was done in a professional manner with no drama and in a reasonable timeframe. This was a big difference from when I used ABT which was horrible. Carlos was understanding in installing and explaining the various features. Exceeded all my expectations.”
“We are lucky to have this place nearby. I usually go to Lucy’s in Zion for appliance parts as I am in Lake County. Though they stock the part I needed this time typically, they happened to be out of it. By backup (Abt), was out of stock too. They suggested Automatic Appliance Parts at the exact same time I found online they had 18 of the gas bake igniter for my range that I needed. They were also open at 8:30am on Saturday. I’m stock and open on Saturday mornings is already a huge bonus.When I walked in and gave them my stove model number and told them I needed an ignitor I thought they looked up the wrong one because he gave me an automatic discount on the part from what I knew the price was online.Local, open early and weekends, large stock of parts, good pricing and knowledgeable people, if you don’t treasure places like this, you are a lost consumer.They may become my go to source for appliance parts. They not only have their inventory online but accept Apple Pay too.I am at a loss trying to find a flaw here….”
“Very helpful staff. Reasonable prices.A year since I wrote this review, give or take, and I generally no longer go to Home Depot and Countryside Illinois because it appears multiple staff changes have caused the service in a variety of departments to diminish. They seem to be much more helpful at the local Menards. as long as I go to Home Depot in Countryside Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM I could expect reasonable help with better than average expertise. If I go at other times when I try not to if I go at all the staff working there to be poorly trained, particularly in lumber, plumbing, electricity, gardening, but the checkout is generally quick and easy.”

“In the Home Depot of Shorewood at the Pro Desk works a lady by the name of Geina. Geina amplifies the word employee. She goes out of her way to help HD contractors and guests. Geina is caring, kind and extremely organized. She is always pleasant. Never makes you feel like you are ever bothering her even though she may have 2 phones hanging for her head and a text message on her cell phone from a contractor. If you ever get an opportunity to go to the Shorewood HD, go meet Geina, as she will treat you like family. Thank you for such great service, hospitality and kindness. You are the best!”

“James Billeter is the man!!! Custom Appliance Wholesalers out of Lombard IL is the ONLY way to purchase appliances in Chicagoland and Surrounding Suburbs. My construction project was dirty and I had a few delays but Jim had my back and kept my appliances on standby the entire time. Once I was ready my appliances arrived the next business day. I asked them to install the appliances and that’s exactly what they did! Actually installed the appliances. They actually drilled a nice hole for the drain tube for the dishwasher and attached it to the disposal under the sink. They also cut out the vent hole for the microwave. Now the microwave actually vents out of the house!! They worked with my contractor to make sure the gas line was at the correct height for the stove as well. My hats off to the Custom Appliance installers!!! They took their time so everything fit perfectly. My last experience from a big box store installer was nothing like this. Big box stores only plug in. Take it from a real estate broker and real estate investor. I know the difference. Truth is a worked for a developer who builds custom homes a couple years ago and this is where he buys his appliances. Now I know why he buys from them. I won’t go anywhere else moving forward for appliances.”
