“I ordered my boyfriend a Brumate walnut shaker for his birthday through this company. I did so because brumate had recently stopped selling the product. I was nervous that it wouldn't be the right thing or that it was a scam, because these days you can't trust just anything online. My order came in yesterday after only a few days of waiting. Let me just say, I was more than impressed. Not only was it the exact product I wanted, it was handled with care and accompanied by a hand written note. Thank you for being so amazing. They also regularly have wonderful sales & maintain a nicely stocked clearance section in the store. My family & I are extremely satisfied customers. As we've bought many pairs of sandals & shoes from this store and have never been disappointed. As much as we love our shoes. We also enjoy doing business with the two women who run the store. Very organized and clean, easy to see clothes, shoes, toys etc. They have everything from bows, suspenders, hats, gloves, books, bassinets, baby carriers and soo much more! Go see it for yourself you won't be disappointed ?

I'm not in the market for shoes but the prices seem fine. I did see one hoodie for over $100 which I don't understand. Picture included”

“The bad review about not being able to return worn shoes? They tell you the no return policy - upfront. You can get an exchange, there's also a big sign at the register. And they say you cannot return shoes if they appear worn on the bottoms. I brought my Hokas back and exchanged them for a pair of Brooks Ghost 17, that fit better. The sales guys are super patient and wait on you. They're not off playing on their phones like a lot of other places. Their customer service can't be beat. You'd need to be an extremely rude and difficult customer to leave unhappy. Unless you can't follow simple instructions about returns.”
