I visited American Eagle in Orland Park last week with my daughter. The girl at the front, whom I believe was named Ayah, was incredibly helpful and friendly. She greeted us warmly as soon as we walked in and went out of her way to assist my daughter in finding everything she was looking for. Excellent customer service!

Been here multiple times and every time I come to shop workers are always very rude. The store is always messy, constantly seeing workers on their phones. Not one employee spoke a word to me even while checking out, not happy
