“I almost never write reviews but I really wanted to shout out the great customer service I received this past weekend. I don't shop at old navy often but I saw the large 40% off everything sale signs and stopped in. I have two events coming up this month the first being next week and I needed new jeans.
Old navy has a lot of jeans! I had no idea they have so many styles just jeans everywhere and to be honest I kinda got overwhelmed. So I asked an associate who was nearby for help and I really have to shout out Kimberly she was so polite and so knowledgeable about the styles, fit, sizing just everything. She even explained to me about the different inseam and stretch fabric. I got two pairs of flare jeans and some sandals. I was so thrilled with my purchase that I went back to old navy before the sale ended and Kimberly helped me again to find some denim shorts.
Old navy has a lot of denim shorts, she let me know that if my size wasn't available or if i saw a pair online that I wanted she could order it for me from the store and the shipping would be free. That's great to know who doesn't love free shipping!
My overall experience at the orland park store was really, really great, the store was busy both days but everyone was polite and very helpful. 5 stars! Thanks.”
“Amber is awesome! So helpful and went above and beyond. When I was on the hunt for blind boxes she grabbed me more from the back. The time before she helped me find sanrio minis and convinced me to buy two teeturtle blind boxes. Everytime I’ve gone in they have been a ray of sunshine. I have fallen off going into HT in any frequency but she makes me want to come back due to the quality customer service.”
“Because of delayed deliveries elsewhere, I was in a time crunch and needed some nicer clothes quickly for a wedding. I found there to be a good selection of blazers and pants here, even for a bigger guy like me. I am not really a fan of clothes shopping so much but Joe in menswear was great in helping me pick out stuff that fit and looked good together. Overall I got everything I needed at really reasonable prices compared to the other men's stores I had looked in to. I don't need to buy clothes often but this will be my first stop moving forward.”

“Today we started our Christmas shopping with this location and I am glad we stopped by here. Currently they have %25 off on every item, also %50 off on clearance items. This locations of Guess has so many good selections and the store was pretty neat. The Staff here is amazing, they kept approaching us and asked us if we need any help and they answered our questions, went above and beyond. “I was shopping for a pair of jeans for my mother and I did not know her size exactly, all I knew was that she doesn't like the usual jeans band around the waist because it's tight and Amanda the sales associate was just incredible and so knowledgeable about every single thing about jeans amd clothing and the different type of styles and fabrics. Amanda has amazing customer serve and knowledge and is just the most pleasant young lady I had the pleasure of being helped by. It was very refreshing meeting and interacting with her. I hope that the Hollister company realizes the value that she brings to their company. I also hope that she is appreciated.”
“Their employee, Grace, has the BEST customer service that I’ve ever had in life! Not exaggerating at all. I was driving hours away to find Honda shirts and she went above and beyond to show me what their store had and made sure my size was available. When I got there to pick it up, she had it at the register already and a size up just in case. Come to find out, I definitely needed that size up. My daughter grabbed the xs that she also had at the counter for us. Thank you so much Grace! I really hope Tilly’s shows you recognition. We need more people like you.”

“This weekend was the first time my daughter and I shopped at Windsor. My daughter was looking for a homecoming dress and she mentioned that many of her friends shop here for semi formal and formal attire. Our experience at the Windsor in Orland Park was favorable. The selection was vast, the store was clean and very well organized, the employees were welcoming and the prices were reasonable. We went there for one dress and came out with two!”
“Semaj went above and beyond for me. Found a purse online that they said was in stock. I asked several people and nobody could find the purse. She found it after a few minutes. She’s amazing! She moves like a boss and definitely deserves a promotion”
“All I have to say is the manager at this store is amazing wonderful customer service experience her name is Kendra and she helped me out with the mix-up with some gym shoes I purchased. She was so above and beyond in her assistant that she even drove out to my work location to pick up the mismatch shoes and then also had the correct ones FedEx dto my home. Needless to say I was extremely appreciative and wanted to make sure she is acknowledged.”

“Over a week or so ago, I was in this store and witnessed the staff dealing with a horrible customer. Although I came into the line and did not hear the whole conversation, what I did hear was appalling. From what I can remember, there were issues with the customers refund, so the first associate was trying to accommodate the customer, she even went as far as calling someone else to help resolve the issue. I take it the phone call was not helpful, because the customer became very irritated and started insulting and yelling at the associate, and even the manager who later stepped in to try and help out. When the customer continued to talk over the manager, the manager then began to get irritated and told the customer there was nothing they could do, and asked her to leave. I’m guessing the other associate gave the customer a customer service number or corporate number, and even tried APOLOGIZING to the customer for the inconvenience. When I was finished being checked out, as this customer was also leaving, she vandalized the store on her way out, almost hitting my family and I with the product that she knocked off the table at the front of the store. The product nearly got knocked into the mall hallway.The staff dealt with it the best they could and definitely did not deserve to deal with this person over what appeared to be a pair of pants.”

“THIS MORNING I STOPPED IN TO PICK UP A PAIR OF PANTS AND A COUPLE SHIRTS. I NEEDED TO BE IN AND OUT QUICK FOR A DOCTOR APPT. I WAS GREETED BY TWO HOT FUNNY HELPFUL YOUNG MEN CHRIS AND CAYDEN WHO HELPED ME FIND WHAT I NEEDED EVEN PLACED AN ORDERED FOR A HOME DELIVERY BECAUSE I WANTED A DIFFERENT COLOR. GOT ME OUT IN TIME AND LAUGHING THE WHOLE TIME, IT WAS GREAT! THEN I DECIDED I WANTED TO LEAVE A REVIEW AND COULDNT FIGURE OUT HOW SO I CALLED THE STORE AND SPOKE WITH DANIEL, VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT WITH ME. GREAT EXPERIENCE AND CLOTHES!”
