Price was good free box spring delivery and removal of old mattress. Delivery went well. Driver called 15 minutes before delivery. Which was nice. Both drivers very nice and did a great job. My first experience with the company was very professional. I stopped by their business and they showed me exactly what I needed, they even gave me a printed out price quote. I came the following week to pay for and pick up the equipment. Not only was payment quick and easy and they loaded my truck with the equipment but the owner remembered my name from the last visit. Days later when it was time to put the styling chair together we couldn't get it to go down. I called the company and they walked us through, step by step on how to install the seat. “Well despite the pandemic I had given a Star extra due to the service they now offer and affordable time and pricing. I had returned back this past late spring to make a mission end table to a specific size for my mother to put a safe in her closet. I finally got it in early August and was very happy as well as my mother since it had to be a certain height. Right now I am back again having a Mission Style Chair made for my mom and am going to wait to 2021 I think to have it done. Compared to all the other places it will take longer than the norm or the prices are much more expensive to purchase.”
