“I went to have fiber installed in a new second home near our family. Wireless customers are supposed to get a monthly discount on new fiber installation. I was denied because our existing wireless service is registered at a different address. I reminded them about AT&Ts pledge that existing and new customers are treated the same. Tiffany assisted me. She understood my point and persisted in pursuing my claim until I was satisfied. Tiffany was an excellent customer advocate who is experienced and knowledgeable. What could have been a bad experience became positive. Thank you Tiffany!!”

“I called in the morning saying that I was out of Internet service, And a gentleman named Cornell Looked up my address to make sure T-Mobile was available where I live. I went to the store. He was very helpful very nice and I walked out with my modem for Internet and it was very easy to set up and I’m thoroughly happy!!!”
