He stepped in and took over our account when our original representative was out and we were preparing to leave for vacation. Additionally, we were dealing with a major error related to our phone service switch. What truly set him apart was his dedication, he stayed after hours to make sure our phones were ready and personally delivered them to us before we left for our vacation. Prior to that she explained all of our options to help us decide which phone and package to choose. I have Resound hearing aids and got a Samsung 26. It took 24 hours to successfully pair up my hearing aids with the phone. Just an FYI to other Resound Hearing Aid wearers.”
