This is the cutest shop ever and smells incredible since they bake everything in store. Picked up tons of yummy goodies for my two dogs! In addition to treats, there are lots of great pet food options that range from raw to kibble. Also has a dog wash which was spacious and clean. The owner was so kind and I even got to meet his two sweet dogs. I can't wait to come back!

They are so hands on with the birds they set us up pretty good with a cage, toys and food. All the birds were beautiful the cages were clean they all seemed very happy there while waiting for home!!

Dr. Tassone thoroughly checked Ruby for every issue I was concerned about and also took time to answer each and every question I had about her health issues. Ruby has been seen by each doctor at Prairie State Veterinary Clinic, Dr. Norton, Dr. Treat and Dr. Wojciechowski. Each doctor is very caring, knowledgeable, and wants the best for their patients. Every one of the vet techs are fantastic! They all are very helpful, kind and caring. Finally, all the ladies at the front desk are wonderful. They are always friendly and helpful. The vegan cusines have suitable portion sizes, and the ingredients are fresh. The only challenge is that the vegan cusines are lacking flavor; the avocado and salsa helped with the flavor a bit. The vegan cuisines will need a little enhancement.
Update: Upon visiting again the second time, the vegan cuisines were spot on in flavor, and the services were welcoming and professional as the first visit. Compliments and praise to the chef on enhancing the vegan cusines flavor. This establishment is recommended to the vegan and vegetarian community.

Although I don't frequent this spot - having been to other locations in the south suburbs - this is the only one I will go to since the others I've tried have delivered cold food and poor customer service. At this location, the customer service is always good. When I stopped by today, although they were super busy, the cashier was super patient with helping me use the app that I couldn't get to work. She said today is the busiest day of the year for them - but she still provided service with a smile and took her time with me. The food here is usually hot or at least not stale and cold like some of the other locations. They also had the store lots of holiday decorations inside which is nice for the holiday season.
