“What a great place!!! The older staff is always amazing, while with the younger staff you can have a mix of both attitudes. We got from her all our drills and garden machinery and even saved hundreds of dollars due to offers they had. Even when our 4 arborvitae trees died after a few months of taking care for them, we showed the staff a picture of their state and the staff refunded us straight away. That is good customer care. The place, just like all the others are very well organised and you find just about everything, even cheaper than on Amazon. I guess sometimes is well worth getting out of the house.”
“I called the store to learn about a snow blower. Fran helped me, she may be the manager or assistant manager or just a fabulous associate, but regardless, she had the snow blower waiting for me and she answered all of my questions. I was out of there quickly and happily.”

“This place is not massive and might not have everything you need but the people here are always simply lovely: I always call them to ask different things if their website is not conclusive and the staff, whether very young or older are always polite, respectful and checking for me their stock or reserving items to be picked up a bit later. I wish there were places like this and people like them reproduced in every single town in the world - in the UK you can only dream to have such good customer service. Well done.”
