He also stayed open past the closing time just for me to purchase my items. The mattresses were perfectly comfortable and still are a year later. People, if you want good items for a very low price, now that the economy is down bc of COVID, this is the place to go. I would recommend this to everyone. “The customer service at this location is hands down one of the best. While I've typically always had good or decent interactions with these associates-I feel Ashley went above and beyond. I had called in to check and see if a certain artificial xmas tree was in stock or a restock was happening anytime soon. It was not in stock and she didn't know when or if it would be restocked. She offered to see if anything was available in the surrounding area and found a HD in Glendale Heights that had a few. That was the end of our conversation. A few hours later, I get a phone call from her stating a customer just returned the exact tree I was looking for and if I was still interested in that tree. She literally looked and the phone log for that day and found my number. How she remembered what tree I was looking for or found my number is amazing. I should have played the lottery that day. The tree is up and looks amazing. Thank you for being so pleasant to talk to and taking the time to reach back out!”
