350 Fifth St, OswegoTypically I have good experiences here. Everything is clean and organized. They always have what I need. The grooming salon is great and their groomers are very knowledgeable. I did however have a bad experience with Michael today at check out. I asked him a simple question about a product recommended to me by the grooming salon. He not only seemed annoyed but abruptly responded with a very dismissive and almost snarky answer. Hopefully it was just an off day for him but it’s upsetting and off putting that I spent $30 on a product and wasn’t provided a real answer on how to use it. Perhaps there’s better customer service at smaller businesses like brothers country supply down the street.

6 Orchard Rd, OswegoJulie did an amazing job shaving my 19 year old kitty who was severely matted. I'd been looking for months for someone to help me and was so fortunate to find her. Georgie took it like a champ, but that's because Julie was so gentle and patient and kind. She truly loves cats and it shows! I've never used a grooming service before, but I have a feeling no one else will measure up to the experience we had with Julie. Thank you for your kindness and willingness to help us. Georgie and I are truly grateful!!

1100A US-34, OswegoAnimal Care Hospital had been treating our dog, Cash, his whole life. He outlived his life span by three years and we had to make the tough decision to say goodbye last month. Dr. Choi was his regular doctor.
Let me tell you - This is the care team you want in the hardest moments with your pet. We were able to be present and say goodbye so he wasn’t alone. We assumed that our care was complete. But no - the follow up care from this office after a pet’s death is the gold standard.
After our dog had passed away, we got a card mailed to our home with a handwritten condolence message from every staff member. When we picked up his ashes, the team had put so much care into everything. The ashes were in a beautiful sealed wooden box with a velvet bag, and his paw print is frame-worthy. They spent so much time on every detail. It went above and beyond.
I wish I could give more stars than five. This business is not only exceptional at pet care, but also “people care” when we say goodbye to our furry family members. Thank you so much for your work.

It gives me so much peace of mind knowing they are always well taken care of and that all of their medications are given correctly. The staff does an amazing job keeping me updated, and the report cards are my favorite part—they always make me smile and help me feel connected to my pups while I’m away.

OswegoLovely zoo and the first thing you should do is go on the skyline ride, see the whole zoo from the ropeway ride first and then take the mini train as well and then walk around the zoo, lovely enclosures and many magnificent animals to see. Worth it!
