Gwen was very helpful with setting up the bathing room bringing us towels & shampoo she even asked which kind do we prefer something only scented or for sensitive skin! We picked up a scent spray & a deshedding brush & on the way to check out my dog grabbed a big ol treat! Best to say he was a happy clean dog on the way out! Reasonably priced items we'll definitely be back again!

2352 Fox Valley Center Dr, AuroraMy experience was with Mary, Haly, and Sy'Rai. I thought they were very accommodating and professional. They had to deal with the public and a bunch of puppies.
I think the prices are a little steep, I know it's a business at the end of the day, but the numbers are off. So it's not clear.
But from what I experienced, the staff is excellent. I really hope all the pups find good homes.
Update: came in for a nail trimming today 7/9/26. Mary absolutely amazing. Everyone else was great as well. So much action. I really hope cody and the others that have been there a few weeks get adopted soon.

2380 East New York Street, AuroraWe've been utilizing John's kenneling services for probably over 10 years now. When we have picked up the dogs, they are always well and happy to see us. Also the prices are very competitive and the facility is local to where I live. He has also been happy to do last minute accommodations when i have had to do that. It is not a fancy dog hotel nor are there a bunch of bells and whistles but John is attentive, professional and calm which is a good quality to have when working around dogs. He also offers other services like dog walks during boarding and grooming. When i come to pick up or drop off I see him working the grounds or busy in the kennels. His home is right on the property which is nice. Our latest dog was not well socialized at first and not great with men but has had no issues with him, although jokes about his barking (which is very true). Some things to keep in mind...make sure to offer specific instructions (and write down) if your dog has special needs like feeding times, medication, etc. Also take note of the hours. One day and on weekends he closes earlier than normal. (Sunday's pick up is only an hour long). Finally if your dog goes to the bathroom on the property and you don't have a bag, let John know where it is and he'll gladly pick it up for you. I will happily continue to keep boarding my pets here.

His primary vet knew he needed dental care but referred us to VDC to do the procedure because of their superior expertise in dealing with his advanced care needs. Our first appointment was a consultation with Dr. Hassan. Our experience with the whole team was exceptional! The team spent extended time with me to explain the diagnosis, the range of potential needs during the procedure, and the associated cost range in detail. We scheduled the procedure with Dr. Juriga for two weeks after the consultation, which essentially went just as I had been advised during the consultation. Dr. Juriga actually reached out to me during the procedure to discuss a particular finding and his recommendation for path forward that he wanted me to know and concur with before proceeding. I took Kody home that afternoon with a detailed explanation of what to expect, what to watch for, and what to do in case of concerns. All in all, I’m so grateful for our primary vet’s referral because I truly believe Kody has had a better outcome to his condition as a result.

I was nervous trying a new place as I've been let down by a few breakfast places in the past, but the food here was incredible! My server was Mariana and she was amazing! She was attentive and friendly making the experience even better! I had the raspberry mascarpone pancakes. It was just the perfect amount of sweetness and raspberry-ness, surpassing my expectations. I'm definitely going to recommend this place to some friends! Will return soon!
