I think the prices are a little steep, I know it's a business at the end of the day, but the numbers are off. So it's not clear.
But from what I experienced, the staff is excellent. I really hope all the pups find good homes.
Update: came in for a nail trimming today 7/9/26. Mary absolutely amazing. Everyone else was great as well. So much action. I really hope cody and the others that have been there a few weeks get adopted soon.

2620 N Farnsworth Ave, AuroraFirst time coming here Just moved from far Northside chicago to aurora. Needed a self service dog wash came across this spot best decision ive made. Gwen was very helpful with setting up the bathing room bringing us towels & shampoo she even asked which kind do we prefer something only scented or for sensitive skin! We picked up a scent spray & a deshedding brush & on the way to check out my dog grabbed a big ol treat! Best to say he was a happy clean dog on the way out! Reasonably priced items we'll definitely be back again!

2380 E New York St, AuroraWe've been utilizing John's kenneling services for probably over 10 years now. When we have picked up the dogs, they are always well and happy to see us. Also the prices are very competitive and the facility is local to where I live. He has also been happy to do last minute accommodations when i have had to do that. It is not a fancy dog hotel nor are there a bunch of bells and whistles but John is attentive, professional and calm which is a good quality to have when working around dogs. He also offers other services like dog walks during boarding and grooming. When i come to pick up or drop off I see him working the grounds or busy in the kennels. His home is right on the property which is nice. Our latest dog was not well socialized at first and not great with men but has had no issues with him, although jokes about his barking (which is very true). Some things to keep in mind...make sure to offer specific instructions (and write down) if your dog has special needs like feeding times, medication, etc. Also take note of the hours. One day and on weekends he closes earlier than normal. (Sunday's pick up is only an hour long). Finally if your dog goes to the bathroom on the property and you don't have a bag, let John know where it is and he'll gladly pick it up for you. I will happily continue to keep boarding my pets here.

Not only does she pamper the dogs, but if there is a medical issue with a pup, she loves them and cares for them GENTLY, possibly separates them form the others so they are not played with as much. Her idea of "no-cage" is the BEST. Dogs love socializing with the other dogs. Please don't ever stop what you are doing.

They called me to come in earlier due to cancellations and were very attentive. They listened to my concerns and were able to assist; not overly pushy or salesy like other vets we've been to in the past. We were in and out within in an hour which was amazing. Our dog recently suffered a freak injury—she severed a vein in her tongue in two places, resulting in severe blood loss. The situation was critical, and Dr. Wall later shared that it was a first for her as well.
Despite the high stakes, they immediately took our dog in, stabilized her, and successfully stitched her up quickly and expertly. The whole team stayed calm, professional, and compassionate throughout what could have been a devastating ordeal.
We can’t thank Dr. Wall and the Aurora VCA staff enough. They provided top-tier emergency care when it mattered most. If you’re in the area and need veterinary services, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

I went to the location to pay for the catering and ordered the philly cheese steak, the crispy Philly a gyro burger and loaded chicken fries for the family....the food is amazing! It's fresh and the location is clean and the staff amazing! Can't wait for others to get a taste of Mayo at the party!

Looks like they've made a couple little changes, they added a pool table and I think a little more seating.
The service was very good, it was a busy night with the world cup game on and our waitress did a great job.
She let us know about the buy one get one free pizzas on Thursday night so we went ahead and did that and it was just a great night with everybody cheering on their teams. Highly recommend it!

My server Mason is amazing! He's a very cool person to vibe with and I just love his energy. He made my dine in experience 10x better but even the food was top tier despite how busy it was. Today was by far the best experience I had and I just want to thank Mason for being a great server!
