“I've used Citibank for years, here in the US, and in South American cities as well. I was sorry to see the branch office in Des Plaines close and move to Park Ridge, but I have to say the new facilities are very pleasant, the automated banking in the lobby is very comprehensive, and the staff have always treated me well. This seems to be hallmark for Citibank, because the foreign offices were friendly and competent as well. A bonus that I always look forward to is the complimentary espresso. It is real espresso and you can prepare it as a regular coffee size and strength drink or in the traditional, supercharging small espresso size cups.”
