He told me to come back and he’d personally put it in my car for me since they don’t deliver the mattress that I purchased. So I went home and emptied my car and came back but unfortunately it didn’t fit. So Jeremy made things right and got me a killer deal on a better mattress and that one fit in my car. Sanjeev went over the return policy and it was also on the receipt. Our bed just arrived on time and is in amazing condition. We were so lucky to walk in and meet Sanjeev. “Did I think I was going to go into a mattress store and want to live there? Absolutely not. This is not just a typical mattress store, it’s a whole experience. I went in just to check out their pillows but was invited (not pressured at all) to try out one of the most wonderful beds ever. Mary Anne, Mary and Cynthia were all wonderful. Mary Anne asked me about how I sleep and what I prefer and picked out the best options for me. They have fresh, clean sheets of their super comfy bedding to put on the pillows to give them a try and let me know how well they clean each mattress with people coming in and out all day. I Was honestly afraid to go in because I didn’t want to be pressured into try to buy some thing But basically, I was just given the facts. The vibes in there are immaculate, giving it a nice comfy, fresh feel. Very contemporary modern decor that just felt *right*. Also, I had no idea they had candles until today, and coming from someone who has tried every candle on the plant, these smelled wonderful. I’ve worked for the Walt Disney Company and Apple, two companies that thrive on providing top notch customer experiences, and I think it’s safe to put Purple into the same category as those two.”

“My fiancé and I were browsing furniture stores for the perfect couch for our family room in our new house. We searched the usual furniture stores but we couldn't find anything we quite liked until we stumbled upon Penny Mustard and decided to give them a try. We were greeted by Kim and it instantly felt like we were talking to a family member instead of an intimidating salesperson. Kim was very helpful and knowledgable into helping us find the perfect couch. So helpful, in fact, that my fiancé was also able to find a recliner for himself for the family room as well! Penny Mustard, I would say, is a place where "you get what you pay for." The couch quality was marvelous and so soft and it's clearly made to last. I was surprised at the amount of color/material options for each piece of furniture. Overall, very happy with the purchases and our home finally feels cozy!”

“I want to start off by saying that I called Penny Mustard customer Service about a question on how to get a king size mattress which I had "inherited" up my stairs. The mattress (which was purchased from Penny Mustard by a friend who decided to move out of state) sat in my living room for a month before attempting to hike it up the stairs. I called Penny Mustard to ask if they had any advice and spoke to Donna who not only was friendly and very knowledgeable about mattresses. She took the time to speak to me about "folding the mattress in half" and getting it up the stairs. And she was so right!
