“Very large selection of cat foods/toys and treats. I bought a cat tree there, and the staff was very accommodating and they helped with moving it from the shelf to the register. They even offered to bring it out to the car (but didn't require any more assistance). I appreciated the gesture and I will definitely be visiting them again soon.”

“I like this store a lot and I bought lots home furnishing items from it. They help me carry a rug to my car before.
But today I went to return two items and this staff looked at me and pointed at everything behind him and said, if you can find a spot to put these on that shelf, I will process your return. He wasn’t joking or just trying to be funny. Not nice. He did process my return but why do you have to say that to me. It’s okay to feel overwhelmed but why take it out on me.”

“Great pet store, the employees seem to really care about the pets they are selling. Except for the betta fish. They seem to get a large shipment of them in and they just let the die slowly in the tiny clear plastic containers I’m sure everyone’s seen. It’s sad. Wish they could do something about that.”

“Staff genuinely cares about animals. The reviews of people being upset by staff asking questions about animal setups prior to purchase should be thankful they are asking questions, and just not blinding handing animals out. Industrial sized filter systems allow for more fish to be housed at a time temporarily (petco only provides temporary homes). Those upset by fish questions when trying to purchase fish need to be more mindful and acknowledge its because the staff wants the animals to have the best chance at survival.”
