“This USPO location in Schaumburg (behind Capital Grille) is a shining example of how a post office SHOULD work! Compared to the one on Schaumburg Rd. where every employee there is miserable and spreads the same misery to all the customers. It’s a night and day difference. My recommendation is for you to drive the extra mile and go to this location for service. Yes, there was a little wait but the service is exceptional. I’ll be going there for my postal needs from now on!”

“The customer service is impeccable, knowledgeable and courteous. The negative reviews are posted by self-centered morons that don't understand how the post office works.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Gale on a package of mine that was having issues being shipped from my post office. She followed up with me everyday on updates and eventually got it worked out to be delivered. She was so great to work with, almost would'nt mind if another package was delayed going to her location! haha. Thanks again Gale!”

1255 Gannon Dr, Hoffman Estates IL 60169
“I was waiting for my package this afternoon. A female customer walked in, and even though there were other customers waiting in line—including me—she went up to a female employee who was assisting another customer. She asked about an “international package,” demanded a label, and even after the employee explained that the machine wasn’t working, she kept asking the same question three times... That female customer really has no regard for public etiquette—doesn’t she see that other people are waiting in line? She’s talking about “professionalism,” but she should practice what she preaches first... Please—she didn’t even stand in line properly and cut in front of others, while a single female employee was handling all the waiting customers by herself. Everyone else saw it too, yet she’s acting like the employee didn’t help her… It seems like she came here just to stir up trouble. She’s talking as if she were the one who was wronged… wow...”

“I had a great experience shipping a few packages with Kendra today. Some of my items had incorrect addresses, and instead of just handing them back to me (which has happened at other locations), Kendra immediately pulled up her phone to help me find the right information. She suggested the best shipping options and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I really appreciate finding people like her who prioritize a great customer experience. Highly recommended!”

-
1000 E Oakton St, Des Plaines IL 60018
“Today I went to this post office to get a letter certified. I was greeted by Ms. Mia. She was very polite and welcoming. As I stood in line, I observed her greeting each customer as they came and went. Prior to going, I read the reviews which were very negative. I was prepared to experience what I had read in the reviews, but I prayed before I went and my experience was good.”

611 Landmeier Rd, Elk Grove Village IL 60007
“I’ve always had great experiences with this post office. The people are super friendly and always treat me with respect unlike other government owned places like the dmv. To be honest I would think this is a private owned business with how good the service is compared to other public businesses.”
