My cat was 16 years old and had developed a few age-related health issues. The veterinarian took the time to thoroughly examine her and explain everything in clear, caring detail. They didn’t rush us, answered all my questions patiently, and offered thoughtful treatment options tailored specifically to her age and needs.
What really stood out was the genuine kindness they showed, not just to my cat, but to me as well. They treated her like family and made sure she was comfortable whenever they treated her, or when I had to board her. They got to know my cat, not just as a patient, but as the sweet, sassy, and unique little soul she was. After it came time to say goodbye, I received a handwritten card from the clinic, and inside, every single staff member had written a personal message. Not just a quick condolence, but real, heartfelt notes about “Midge”, her personality, the funny things she did, and how much they had grown to care about her. It meant the world to me and showed just how deeply they connect with the animals (and humans) they serve.
I will always be grateful to Pana Animal Hospital for their professionalism, compassion, and humanity. They gave me the comfort of knowing she was loved until the very end.
