I had to cancel my reservation more than the company policy of 24 hrs prior to pick up which they will need to take out my reservation fee Upon calling them and explaining that i had a death in the family and needed all my resources to be able to go to new jersey for the funeral they were kind enough to to return the whole amount, it's seldom now a days to actually talk to real people and reason with them and actually understand what your going through. Thank you very much! Highly recommend company. Good customer service..”

“I reserved a car online and was able to pick it up without any hassle. Anthony took care of me, and he went above and beyond making sure I got a rental that met my needs. When dropping off the car, he remembered who I was and followed up by asking about my weekend and extending sincere comments and wishes to my replies. The customer care experience these days across many industries is so impersonal, I am glad to see that’s not the case at this Enterprise location. Additionally, the lot had plenty of cars available, and while I was there, I observed everyone in the office always on task taking care of customers.”

“I searched for a 24 hour car rental and came across multiple rental agencies but chose to go with Alamo (Ohare Airport) location and they did not disappoint. I did everything online which was a breeze to navigate through. Reserved the type of car I wanted head out and to Alamo showed my license to a smiling representative and they directed me to a selection of clean ready to go SUV's. When I was done the return process was just as easy . Pull forward the attendant scanned the car in and said have a good evening and thank you for choosing the Alamo. That was the easiest and most pleasant experience I have ever had renting a car. Thank you Alamo!”
“Used enterprise after I got rear ended while my car was getting fixed across the street. It was seamless. Go see Dan the man! I should’ve taken him up on the pickup ? dang car seats.”
“It was pretty crowded the day that I picked up the car, although in all fairness it was the morning after Labor Day so it was probably much busier than usual.
It was nice to get a ride to the enterprise office from the body shop and again nice that the body shop handled the car rental return.”

“There was an issue with the car leaking a little oil so when I was sure it had enough oil I drove it back to Enterprise and although they didn't have another rental for me at the moment they got it fixed as quickly as was possible and I was back on the road. The assistant manager was absolutely great.”

“I just rental a car from Enterprise and from start to finish it was perfect. Ryan, the man who picked me up to bring me to their office, was a pleasure. I didn't have to get out of the care to do everything. He did it all while we were sitting in the car. I didn't have to bring my car back to them. He said to lease at the repair place and Enterprise will pick it up from there. Highly recommend them”

“One of the best Car rentals in the city of Chicago. Had a great experience renting a car. The owner was super helpful and got me in and out quickly. The car was clean, drove great, and had no issues at all. Prices were fair and there were no hidden fees, which I really appreciated. Return was just as easy. Definitely renting from them again next time.”
“FYI: This location is under construction for at least the next few months which makes the pick up / drop off a bit slower than expected, but it is clear that the team working is doing the best they can given the circumstances.
Would give 4 stars but the Shelby was incredibly kind and patient.”
