Most recently we worked with Irene, who helped us get our kitchen, office and bathroom countertops measured and installed super quickly. We didn’t have availability to go in person, but she sent us pictures of a number of different slabs, which was really convenient. We highly recommend this place.”
“We renovated our kitchen and half bath and couldn’t be any happier with the results. Linda at Kitchen Village designed a layout that is functional and beautiful. She guided us through the many choices of cabinets, wall tile, flooring, lighting and hardware and offered advice on their coordination. She made this process much easier for us by helping us narrow down choices once she knew our general tastes. Once the project was started, Linda coordinated the installers and tradesmen. She visited the project regularly and was always available to answer questions. She is highly knowledgeable in all areas of the work that was being done.
Concerning the installers and tradesmen, especially Rich and Dan, Kitchen Village uses the best of the best. All workers are friendly and courteous. They are very mindful of all the fine details and make sure all work is done professionally. After the drywall was removed, we found a couple of surprises that caused us concern but the tradesmen were able to make adjustments quickly without changing the original layout. They always cleaned up daily and advised us of the status of their work.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kitchen Village based on their people, quality materials available, and workmanship.”

He had both the kitchen and bathroom projects going at the same time and Krysti would come by to check on progress at each step, so everything went smoothly. I have ordered several times with The Faucet Shoppe's online store. They always deliver as promised.
Case in point -- my most recent order was delivered to me in a damaged and partially opened box, with some of the component pieces missing. A call to customer service (Alex, Abby and Amanda) resolved the issue by sending me the replacement components ASAP. Well done!
Update: One of the parts that I ordered from The Faucet Shoppe was defective. Customer Service did a terrific job (again) at resolving the matter to my satisfaction. Bravo (again) to the team.”

“Tom came out and measured with a laser software app. Countertop was fabricated and perfectly installed within two days. He also customized a corner area, built a 6” backsplash and concealed the washer hot, cold ports with the backsplash. As we had just one counter for the laundry room, we chose from remnant slabs and saved some money.”

“We had Masters completely redo our hall bath in late 2024. They did such a great job that in late 2025, we had them completely redo our master bath. We didn't even THINK of contacting anyone else for this project! The quality and workmanship was top notch. Also, unlike most contractors that I have dealt with in the past, they show up when they promise, they do exactly what they promised and they were extremely meticulous to not do any damage to our entranceway, stairs and walls when working. We had multiple inspections along the way, and the inspectors told me that they were very pleased with everything that they did. Right up to code, as promised! We plan on doing one additional bathroom in a year, and we will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them to anyone without reservation.”
