Dr. Warcholek and Dr. Baranska, who we usually see, are amazing specialists. Our dog Fonsi has had different procedures done with them over the years, and he always walks into the clinic happy and without fear — which, to me, is the best review a vet can get.

“Was able to get my cat in right away in an emergency situation, and they were willing and able to deal with a very frightened semi feral cat. Tailored her care plan for her situation (cat allows limited touching, can not be pilled, etc). Followed up promptly afterward with test results, and worked with me to find a plan for a less stressful return visit.”

“We had the best experience at Becker Animal Hospital in Northfield, Illinois!
My dog, Bodhi, had a dental under anesthesia in March of 2025. In December, our vet noticed Bodhi needed another teeth cleaning. I didn’t want him to receive anesthesia again so soon, especially because his breed is sensitive. I found Becker Animal on an internet search for non-anesthesia dental cleanings; they were highly rate. The ratings are spot on! It was a wonderful experience.
Our dog had a temperament evaluation with a vet at Becker first. After, he was able to have a full teeth cleaning without anesthesia. The total cost was $305. Bodhi was wrapped in a blanket and his teeth were cleaned in the technicians lap. It only took about 30 minutes. The treatment included cold laser on his gums to help with swelling, and a post-treatment consultation to review his dental hygiene, findings, and optional dental products. We left with a goodie bag including a dental chew, toothpaste and a toothbrush. Before and after pics and Bodhi in goggles for laser treatment. Yes, they even take pictures for you! The office was friendly, helpful, and communicated beautifully. Stacey manages the dental bookings. She is excellent with answering questions and scheduling. A+ experience!”

Dr Perez has been helping me navigate some health issues for my elderly dog and she has been so patient with me and actually takes the time to listen to and answer all the questions I have (and I usually have many). We’ve worked with Dr Harris as well and he is just as kind, patient and knowledgeable! Truly, every single person at this clinic is an angel. I would hiiiighly recommend Morton Grove Animal Hospital to anyone with pets. The care has been nothing but exceptional and Red and I both thank everyone there from the bottom of our hearts ❤️”
“Everyone here from front desk to vet techs to doctors are wonderful. Our pooch received such compassionate excellent care for many many years. Dr Mateles is so caring, and very knowledgeable. She spent a great amount of time with our pooch at each visit. We were always able to get an appointment when we needed. When our pooch declined she told us the signs to watch for. Our family is very grateful for all the love and care we received from the entire staff. Our sweet doggie is now in heaven and we will see him again one day.”

“When I was fostering my dog this was the vet the shelter was bringing him to. I love that they work with shelters to help lower costs for that population. When I adopted my pup it was an easy decision to keep them as his vet. Worth the longer drive for us. I have had the best care every time I have an appointment. And when I have any concerns I send an email and they respond same day. I highly recommend Kohn.
Also my dog is not dog friendly and they schedule appointments so you are the only one in the waiting room. I have never run into another animal when coming in or out and that helps keep the animals calmer. A wonderful touch to what could be a stressful experience for the animal. 10/10”
