“I called to inquire about egg nog. Lorna answered the phone. She put me on hold for a brief moment and physically went to the dairy dept to check personally if it was in stock yet. When she returned I could tell she had rushed by her breathing and voice! That's old fashioned customer service folks right there. Thank you Lorna for being old school it's rare these days!”
