“It has taken nine months to get billing corrected for upgrading two iPhones. It has been very frustrating working with Customer Service trying to get it corrected, waiting a month for the next bill and finding out that it is still incorrect.
The one very big positive during the nine months is the support received from the local store representatives. They have worked with me in explaining to Customer Service each and every month. Without their support I would have left T-Mobile after just a few months.

“I really like the Big Hollow Target. Compared to other stores, it is clean will alert and a pleasure to shop in. The carts are noiseless as they are pushed along the aisles. The employees are generally pleasant and actually make eye contact and smile. The one drawback for me is that target is not a Will start to grocery store. They have all kinds of housewares, tableware, kitchen appliances, electronics and more. However, I am often unable to find things in the grocery section such as canned mushrooms, and certain fresh fruits and vegetables. Therefore I am forced to go to another store to get groceries. Kroger's for insurance, has a much better selection of course, and their food items are significantly less expensive. I also go to target for their pharmacy. I really like the people at the pharmacy. They smile and are thoughtful, and one gal there actually knows me by name.”

My husband spoke to him over the phone about upgrading our iPhones, and Chad took time to find us the best prices, explained details in simple terms, kept us updated on new phone shipments and just had the most pleasant personality, infinite knowledge of phones and plans, and so much patience with us.
We went today to get both of us a new IPhone 17 and Chad did not miss a beat. He ensured our plan was the best and most cost effective. He didn’t try to sell us stuff we didn’t need. We bought all of the accessories he recommended. He was training a new employee and waiting on several customers the same time and everyone was amazed at his knowledge, his efficiency, his humor, his smile, and he showed no signs of stress or impatience. Just an all around great experience and we will never go anywhere else for questions or upgrades or anything.
