“Up until 2/17/25, weekends opened at 7am. Starting 2/17/25, open at 6am EVERYDAY. Now close at 10pm on weekdays, 830pm on Saturdays, and 730pm on Sundays. Yes, engines need to be turned off for safety. It is an explosion hazard. This has been federal law since the 1950’s. However, Costco is really the only business to have attendants who force it.”

“First time here because I live in Streator, but I was down visiting and I will 100% come again when I am down again. I got the Gyro pizza and absolutely love it. Some people will say its an expensive pizza but gyros arent cheap period no matter where you go. For the price and the size I thought it was extremely reasonable. It's about where I pay elsewhere. And the flavors are over the top. Thank you for the great food.”

“So this review is Overdue. Last week I had a very extensive dental procedure done. Anyone who has had dental pain knows there is nothing like it. I was in a lot of pain and a script was called into this Walmart. I have been going here. I might add for over a year now and always had great treatment.. As I said, I was in pain which made me very irritable. My script wasn’t ready because it was called in late even though I was irritable they hurried up and got me taken care of.. I made some remarks about the script, not being ready because The amount of pain I was in did not have me realizing that this had just been called in. They hurried up and got it ready and had me on my way. I never apologized for being kind of a jerk. The following evening, Sunday evening about 7 PM this is after the pharmacy had been closed for an hour. I received a phone call from the manager of this pharmacy. She knew I was upset and took it upon herself to call and check in on me to make sure that we were all good. In a world where customer service is lacking, I cannot say enough about how much that meant that they took the time to make sure I was still good with them and not upset With them over something that was really out of their control not even their fault , even though it was out of their control they took charge, addressed it and got me going quickly. When it back, it should have been me calling them to apologize Thank you, Morton Walmart pharmacy the entire crew Keep up the great work”

“I have been using Essential Wellness Pharmacy for many years now and have always thought very highly of their staff and customer service. In the last few months though, there have now been two times that I have called for a prescription refill and the refill has been significantly delayed (7+ days from the phone call to the med being shipped), leaving me without medication (and feeling poorly) for a few days. There has to be a better way to communicate about this issue to avoid people going without medication. This last refill has left me feeling very disappointed and frustrated.
Edited to Reply: Thank you so much for your helpful response. Both times I was not told that there might be any delay. I do think simply communicating this up front would much improve customer service. I am also glad to know that calling earlier would be an option. I will be sure to do this next time. I have adjusted my review to 4 stars and look forward to an improved experience next time.”

“I definitely wouldve gave it a 5 star but there is one chick that that comes off very standoffish or a bit rude(girl with long curly black hair) but the lady with brownish/ blonde hair she's super sweet and always make my day when I see her! Very easy to get your medicine and they let you have a tab if you can't pay or don't have your wallet which is really nice!”
“Walked in without an appointment and asked if I could get my 2nd moderna booster today, they said sure as long as you have your vaccination card and medical insurance card. I had both, filled out a small form, they administered the shot and I was out of there. Easy, professional, and fast. Very nice.”

“Went to pick up my sister's meds, they told her an hour. I got there 10 min later and went to check and the pharmacist Jason got it ready for me right then. His tech was great that day as well! I can't remember her name but i went on 5/29/22. Ive always had fantastic service at this pharmacy.”

“Costco Vision Center in East Peoria, IL is the absolute best in every aspect of the experience of purchasing glasses. I have been going to Costco for 7 years now, and I promise you will not be disappointed.
First and foremost are the people...Laura, Tami, Marena, and Kelly are all professional and friendly, and really take the time to ensure the frames we chose were exactly the right ones...look, feel, sturdiness, and price.
They all have the perfect "eye" for what looks good and what does not. :-) They take extra time to ensure the lens measurements are spot on, and do all they can to get the best price between my insurance, and current discounts all while staying within my budget. They are all very efficient, knowledgeable, conversational, and have a sense of humor, all of which make the buying and trying on experience top notch.
And, on top of ALL THAT goodness, the frame AND lens prices are about 50-75% less than my prior provider's office.
I will never go anywhere else for glasses. Thank you all for all you do for your customers! See you next year!

“They are 20x much better than CVS, because the pharmacy staff are easy to talk with and are very helpful to my questions. Also they don't fill my prescriptions 2 weeks in advance. They only fill my prescriptions when I call them in. ? Unlike CVS they don't automatic fill prescriptions two weeks ahead and fill prescriptions without your permission.”
