“Store manager Ms Monica always has a smile and is excellent with her sewing skills. Ms Tammy, front store Customer Service Cashier Clerk is the same. Her smile and the way she treats the customers is very professional. Ms JP, is a front store 2 for one Cashier Customer Service Clerk and like a therapist. She listens to the customer tell problems they have while letting them vent. The customer feels better than they did, than when they first went in there. Ms Alberta's tailoring and alteration skills are nothing to play with. That lady knows her skills good....Just met Mr. Abdul and he has a ready smile for the customer and did great alterations on my suit jacket and pants. He tailored my clothes so well that, I'm taking some pants to him today to have him sew some suspender buttons inside the pants. NYC at both locations, 2400 Bond Avenue and 5900 State Street here in East St. Louis Illinois, those store clerks keep me looking good in my suits!”
“Awesome place to air your dirty laundry! The attendant was extremely attentive. The washers washed like a washer should. The FREE dryers dried faster then I would have ever imagined! Machines are coin, or tap to pay.”
“Had a shirt scheduled for pickup yesterday but it wasn’t ready until today, the manager called me first thing this morning to apologize and let me know that it was ready.
When I arrived, the manager did not charge me for the shirt.
Now this is excellent customer service and why I have been using them for years!
Thank you so much
Dale”

“I’ve been coming here regularly and the place has really turned around quick Lisa the attendant is super friendly and every time I come in there she is scrubbing and mopping or polishing machines , I haven’t seen any of the riff raff hanging around and the machines are all in working order. Still have the best prices I’ve seen around here”

“I came in for the first time. The sweetest girl Heather, helped me tackle new machines !
My first time ever since I have always done it at home ☺️. Great Big ones for large comforters. Worth the extra money & convenience. Collinsville newest addition Love this place ?”
“Plus One Service! At the last moment late in the evening, I remembered I had an engagement to attend the next day! Frontenac, had my blazer ready for pick up the very next day!”
“Took a friend to get there laundry done, very busy when we arrived, a few of the washer and dryer weren't working so we had to wait. Overall pleasant. 07 06 2023 went again, not busy when we went.”
“I visited the Empyre Restaurant next door to the laundry. They offer a Soul Food Sunday. The food was delicious. I ate off it at least twice. Price was within reason.”
“This place is always clean, and the owners are so nice and helpful with change and making sure you have the right size machines for your loads and put the right amount of time on the dryers. It's full of plants that are well cared for, and I even loved the radio syation they were playing! Even the old school paint and tile is charming and pleasant!”
“I took them a brand new tie, that had been worn one time. They lost it, refused to reimburse me for it, can't find it. I had probably six interactions with them over a period of 2 months, and nothing was ever done about it. They've had that tie longer than I have. And they don't care. And, I had to pay ahead of time, so in effect I paid for them to lose it.”
“Our driver STEVE is awesome!!! He's always friendly, quick service & makes sure that we're taken care of!! Personable at its best! He takes care of his customers!”
