“I had problems with with my muffler making a loud noise. I had went to another place for an estimate and this place and they gave me a great price! They gave me a lot of different options to fix it, either to replace the whole thing or to patch it up. I was only looking to get it patched up and they did a great job for a great price. Drove off with a quiet muffler! The service was great too. I definitely recommend and would go back.”

The folks at EGM were kind enough to take my car and replace the battery for me although bringing in parts and asking the shop to change them is akin to bringing your own food to a restaurant and asking them to cook it. I truly appreciate their customer service and would not hesitate to use this shop again.”

“I recently took my car to Uno Auto Repair Service for what I considered a minor oil leak, as it turns out it was actually an oil pressure sensor. The mechanics wisely advised me to replace it right away even though they had to get the part from a local supplier. I was incredibly impressed with their service as they were almost closing the shop when I brought my car in for a checkup. Vito and his mechanics explained the issue clearly and provided a detailed estimate upfront. I could have run out of oil and damaged my engine if it wasn't done immediately. The work was completed on time and to a high standard, and they even took the time to walk me through the repairs once the car was ready. The next day, we scheduled an appointment to do the brakes of my vehicle with coated rotors and quality brake pads and a front-end allignment. I truly appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and will definitely be returning for future maintenance.”

“I recently purchased my leased auto. Before this and for the past 20+ years my vehicles were always under factory warranty. Living in Glenview and now needing a trustworthy, reliable service company I reached out to GreatWater. I initially brought my auto in because I was told by the dealer that I needed rear brakes. GreatWater inspected my breaks and told me that I didn’t need brakes now and probably had 6 more months of break life. This I really appreciated. Since basic service on my fuel lines was required, I had them do this service.

“I highly recommend this auto shop. Victor and Tony are great! They take my car in right away when I need to come in at the last minute. They always offer a ride home so I do not have to pay for an Uber. They are good about calling with updates about the car. I had just got new tires 2 weeks ago and the tire pressure light came on again. I brought it back in and after replacing one of the battery sensors, they told me it was a gift as they felt bad for missing that during the previous visit. Great staff!”
