“I’ve tried to do the survey w numbers o receipt & keeps telling me needs more ?
I wanted to comment on recent improvements I’ve noticed at my local store (04146). I was there about 2P on 11/16 and the overall service now seems much improved. Maybe a slow done of vaccines being given? In any case, my favorite pharmacists, Nikki and Peter have been extremely helpful and it seems maybe there are more techs? In any case , the total ( busy) experience has improved and I am grateful. I’m hoping for continued experience like this!

“Cheap place to get gas near the airport. My only complaint was there wasn't a whole lot of room to either turn around or go around everybody else once you were done pumping gas.”

“Overall, I was very satisfied with the service I received at Warren Barr. The aides and nurses, CNA and also administration persons were very helpful and I enjoyed working with them all. The one negative exception was that some of the people felt that their duty to you was more important than anything else. Therefore I should stop doing what I was doing and address myself to what they want me to do. But I would highly recommend Warren Barr to all. I certainly enjoyed playing Bingo and blackjack and the entertainment that was performed was very good and entertaining.”

“I’ve never felt compelled to write a review of a pharmacy, but Mariano’s is just so fantastic that I wanted to share my experience! I had been using Walgreens by default for years, but after having repeated bad experiences at the Walgreens on Devon, I decided to give Mariano’s a try.
I am so glad I made the switch! My prescriptions are always ready very quickly and the pharmacists are SO friendly and take the time to explain the medication to you and answer your questions. I don’t even mind that they don’t have a drive through!”
“I was out of a medication. I asked that it be delivered. Ellen Lee the manager told me no problem but the delivery didn’t go through. Ellen then call me a said she would bring it by personally. That is service above and beyond. That is how they treat their customers.”
“I rarely go to this location but I walked in last Thursday at lunch to see if the had Covid boosters available. They did! It was pretty busy, so I truly feel for the pharmacy staff. They were so friendly and patient despite how busy they were. They managed to squeeze me in and the woman who was doing all the shots was SO NICE. I don't know how she was still that friendly, reassuring and professional. I would have been so frazzled. Also I barely felt anything, she was clearly great at her job.This is an unconventional review for me, I mostly focus on food. But I was very grateful for this positive experience in these trying times.Also I got a 20% off coupon! #winning! You have to stay in the store for 10 min after but they say you can shop if you want, I just browsed the books and found a sweet ride nearby. But I'll be back to Jewel for some groceries for sure!”
“I used their online service and ordered three goods using the app. The app UI is fairly easy to navigate and I had no trouble finding what I needed.The only issue that I have is with their service; it takes an extended amount of time to process the merchandise, and I didn't pick it up until the next day. Picking up was made simple, and I'm pleased that I didn't have to leave my car because they offer curbside pick up. The curbside pickup area is located south of the building beside the tires department, and it is difficult to miss if you follow the sign. Once parked, I use the app to inform the staff that I'm there so they may deliver the products to my car. The personnel was helpful in loading the stuff into my car.Overall, I'm satisfied and I anticipate using this service more frequently over the winter.”
“This is our main store we shop at. Is it busy on the weekend, yes, but we avoid weekends and never have an issue with lines. There is never a shortage on food or products and if you need something there is always staff to help. It's a very clean store and clean bathrooms. The customer service has always been solid and professional. The membership is worth the price even for someone who doesn't regularly shop in bulk. The Costco return policy is one of the best in the shopping industry.”

“As a Nurse, work with them on a regular basis. Very responsive, reasonable hold times. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and willing to help/make suggestions to the benefit of our patients and answer questions that come up about medications. Everyone is polite and professional. They are usually busier around noon to one or so so it can help to call outside of those times.”
“I ***AAAALMOOOOST*** don't want to even review this pharmacy positively, and thought about leaving several different accounts' worth of scathing reviews, touching on every important issue to a pharmacy customer — JUST to drive other customers away from this one in the very selfish and personal interest of increasing odds that they will ALWAYS have the medications I need in stock and that I'd always be first in line to get them, etc. But it just wouldn't be fair to deprive the rest of the region, and anyone who wants or needs an incredible pharmacy team to take care of them and their family's pharm needs.Get this, too, okay — I hate Big Pharma, first of all. I've got theories about Big Brother having their nosy little hands in and on everything we consume and if there's a way to slip anything "extra" and covertly experimental into a medication and let it loose amongst the general population, I refuse to believe we don't unknowingly fall victim to this kind of thing. Point being, I'm not a fan of pharmacies, etc. But, these folks have SEEMED to be the most "in the know" about stuff that any pharmacist could be, and I feel like they give acceptably honest answers for the issues and concerns I raise. Being super nice, reliable, and good communicators doesn't hurt though, either. So that's nice. ?”

“Went in Keefer’s tonight last minute needing a compound pharmacy for a prescription. My gosh, these people are AMAZING!!! Husband was released from hospital late in the day and we are from out of town and he needed this prescription. I gave them the prescription and they were comforting and assured me that they would rush it and have it ready for us. And they did and they could not have been more kind and more helpful. I only wish we had this pharmacist and technician working in my area!!! Thank you, Keefer’s Pharmacy for your help!!”

“I had to go to 6 different pharmacies to get my monthly prescriptions filled this month, as no one had one of my medications in stock. Long story short, after being verbally abused by pharmacists at other Walgreens who could have assisted me but peters to make me feel like garbage, I was at the point where I considered giving up - not filling my prescriptions, going home, and just waiting to die without my medication. I didn't ask to be chronically ill. I didn't volunteer or sign up for it. It's hard enough to be chronically ill...... but to have people refuse to help you obtain the medications that you need to live, AND treat you like garbage for needing them....I cannot emphasize how much that DOES NOT HELP. This pharmacy was different. I called to see if they had it in stock and the person on the phone was so kind and helpful, that based on my experiences with Walgreens Pharmacists that morning, I assumed it was a Pharmacy Tech. Turns out it was the actual Pharmacist!!!!!! He took the time to check the quantity of medication on hand and assured me they could fill it and did. With the utmost kindness and friendliness, and without the need to make me feel subhuman, like other Walgreens Pharmacists. Then I grabbed some Halloween candy and went to the main check out where I had to wait 10 minutes while a customer argued with the clerk because the customer wanted the money that she was earning for her current purchase to be applied to that purchase. That's not how Walgreens points work, and they make that very clear. But this woman didn't speak English very well and obviously didn't understand how Walgreens points work, yet she was adamant that she get her $5. She didn't care that there were other people in line behind her, she didn't care how Walgreens rules work. People are horrible and selfish. The poor cashier was so patient and explained to her over and over that she was earning the money on this purchase, not applying it. The customer didn't understand and got louder and angrier, so the cashier finally just broke her order in two, so she could earn the money on the first part of the order, and then apply it to the second part. That poor cashier. She did a great job of dealing with a very difficult customer without developing any attitude. I had just dealt with several pharmacist who couldn't deal with a very kind and meek customer (that would be me) withOUT severe attitude. So I appreciate kindness wherever I see it. I appreciate this cashier, and I appreciate this pharmacy.”
