“Great gas station, but could still be better.Pros:-Customer Service-Breakfast Pizza-Variety of Merchandise-Tidyness and Cleanliness-Boomerang SauceCons:-Order Accuracy (only one of four has been incorrect however)-Prices (but it is a gas station)Three breakfast pizzas we have ordered in total from here, but the third was not a breakfast pizza they gave us (actually happened yesterday afternoon). We actually love their breakfast pizza, both sauces are great, but the wrong one we received was a very little sauced (with regular sauce) and sausage pizza that was still decent but completely not worth any price we paid for it. Since they have those sticker things we didn't think about looking either.From now on we will open at the store everytime.EDIT: DUE TO THE INCORRECT PIZZA I RECEIVED, I WAS GIVEN A FREE PIZZA THAT I USED TO GET THE BREAKFAST PIZZA WITH AND IT TASTED LIKE OUR FIRST TWO... GREAT. THE MANAGER ACTUALLY MADE THIS ONE AND THE CRUST WAS TO PERFECTION.”

“Had to give kudos a young man who works for you. I am not sure of his name but he was working today 2-1-22. I don't frequent Casey's but have stopped by a few times in the last two months. This young man has been cheery and kind each time. He is a nice change from a lot of overworked employees these days. He is an asset to Casey's and you should consider him for a management position. Better hold onto his great service!”

“I found myself in Milan running an errand on a Saturday morning. After finishing, I found myself wanting a drink and a snack. With this Q C Mart close by, I decided to stop here to state this desire. I've said it before and I'll say it here again - I like the Q C Mart by my home in Bettendorf and I've enjoyed the others I've visited in the past.This Q C Mart ended up being no different than the majority of the others I've happened by. There's a few shelves of snacks, a Harvest Ridge Coffee station, coolers with various beverages within, and lotto tickets and other impulse purchases at the front counter. Standard stuff for Q C Marts and most other convenience stores.The general appearance tells the story of a place that had a life prior to being a Q C Mart, as well. The floors are covered by that tan patterned tiles ubiquitous to office buildings, grocery stores, shops, and any other number of places throughout the 70s and 80s. The ceiling is covered by a clean 2 x 4 foot drop ceiling with exposed florescent lights. None of this looks new or recently redone in the past 10-15 years, but it's all clean looking.I got my Gatorade Zero and gardettos and went to pay at the register. The attendant rang me up and was nice throughout our interaction. All told, I think I was in the shop 5 minutes between entry, paying, and leaving.The other major feature of this location that's unique from most of the others is the video slots room. I stopped through to use the restroom, but otherwise didn't linger. This is one aspect of Illinois that I really despise - the presence of these slots at any restaurant, convenience store, or other location is just weird looking and, in my opinion, kind of out of place. I hope Illinois figures out how to have dedicated casinos at some point and get rid of this nonsense.If I happened to be in Milan again for some reason, I'd be happy to stop here again. “I go to work between 2:45am and 4:45am and I get breakfast pizza whenever it's in the warmer. They should try harder to have it in the warmers that early, however, as the past several mornings, I haven't been able to get any”
