“I was very disappointed to find out the person I spoke to on the phone did my order wrong. This customer service person did not add the line correctly and it was not the correct amount. When I went to the store to return the I’m card I received and setup new phone line the representative got this issue resolved in less time it took over the phone call that was one hour long. We got a refund on the error made and the SIM cards for our devices. He hooked it for us. I’m so happy!”

“I had a problem trying to prove to T mobiles insurance that I returned my damaged phone, after I received my new phone from the ins. Co. I've been trying for 3 mo. Even after I sent proof from UPS, they said that they sent it and it was on Tmobil or Assurants dock. They sent me calls and letters to pay $1400+ dollars, Then they turned my phone off. Anyway Rico Hernandez, was professional, polite, he gave confidence that he wd get the job done. And he did. He did an excellent job.”
