I had to leave before we could finish porting my number over, but when I went back in this evening and it was nice to have the same great customer service. Was automatically greeted, put in the queue and was asked if I needed a seat since there seemed to be a rush going on at the time. All the staff this evening were very accommodating. “The manager Melanie was very helpful; I have actually been dealing with her since she was in the Chicago area and just follow her wherever she goes. Her customer service and relatability are amazing and I appreciate that as a consumer. I came in to switch phones and left very satisfied. I've been in sales before, so the goal is always to try and upsell but with her it felt more like she was finding products to fit my needs oppose to product pushing. “I just want to say that I came into this T-Mobile location on Cicero in CrestWood roughly 30 mins before closing with 6/7 people in front of me. Malonye and Jermaine did not hesitate to assure me that even though they were closing with a full store of customers they were going to fully assist us all. It is currently 7:35pm and they are fulfilling the needs of the customers. I appreciate their patience and professionalism.I will be returning because this was not the initial store that I came to.”
