“As previously shared, they do not open until 7am CST. I tried to come early (7am when appointment was 9:30am) as was told to come back. But when I came back at 9:25am, they got me on a dock & loaded within 30 minutes. Be a little early, but not more than 30 minutes”
“Easy unloading. It's driver assist but they do all the hard work. Overnight parking and they started unloading me at 6:15Am and out at 7:30am. Appointment was at 08AM”

“Dont arrive too early…… ok to drop trailer though. Went to the kart track for a couple of hours then went to the dog park. Then went in driver’s lounge and took a shower and watched tv. Not a bad place to hang out”

Checked in a hour before my appointment and was by the time it was my appointment. Not bad at all for me. They just need to work on getting people checked in & out faster in the office”

“After looking at some of the previous reviews, we were a little worried about this place, but it must’ve been our lucky day! We checked in at the gate at 8:00 a.m., checked out at 8:51 a.m. All the people that we talked to were nice and friendly. They don’t have overnight parking at this facility, so you will have to find somewhere to stay if you get there the night before your appointment. (That’s why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5) Other than the parking situation, not a bad experience at all!”

“Well, I share my experience with you today, January 31, reporting to me the lady who receives is very friendly and the one who is in traffic is a very nice person, everyone, I arrived almost at the appointed time and they gave me the door immediately, all the previous publications are false, perhaps the Loading is a little slow but it does come out quickly and everyone is very nice.”

“I had a delivery that was due at midnight. I got there at 23:00. Because I got there an hour early, the nice security guard (female and I forgot to get her name ( I was tired)) politely told me what I already knew, with live unloads you can only check in 30 minutes before your appointment. So, she pointed at a LARGE lot next door and said I could park there and it would be best if I came back at 23:50. I did, and when I came back, got right into a dock. It took them 45 min to unload half a trailer. They called me and trailer with paperwork was ready. I was still tired and no other load booked, so I went back to the lot and slept for four more hours. Not sure if I just got away with it, but I had no problem with parking or sleeping. I gave 4 stars because the staging area is kind of chaotic, but it works.”

“Only thing I would suggest is if you could order items from other stores. Costco in Hawaii had a greater variety of dry noodles so it would be nice if the company rotated some different items through mainland stores.”
