Terrible customer service the Mexican girl couldn’t multitask I was in line for 15 minutes waiting for her to do simple stuff don’t ever come here

The employee are very rude. Especially the manager on east state cricket. I have no desire to ever do business with them anymore. 😡

Worst customer service. Just needed an answer to a question and left with more questions. What should have been simple was not. Super glad I have wonderful cell service with another provider.
