This visit, I brought my new car- 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan, only 8 weeks old. It had a door ding that chipped down to the metal. Jerry had me come in the very next day after I called- I was in and out in less than 45 minutes and I even got a little bottle of paint in case I ever want to try to do touch ups in the future. They are always so kind, and genuinely care about your vehicle like it is your own.
As a woman who has gotten varying levels of service when it comes to “car-related things” over the years at other businesses, it is refreshing to have such a consistent, positive experience.

“The service at Woodfield Collision was phenomenal! My 2019 Dodge Durango was rear ended and required a lot of repairs. Although the truck had 96000 miles it was in excellent condition. The owner, Kurt, fought with the insurance company more than once to ensure that I got replacement parts that were of high quality so that I still have a vehicle that looks as it did when it got hit, which was like new. Paint job was beautiful and they even sprayed my receiver hitch which although not damaged in the accident, had rusted from 7 years of usage. When Kurt wasn't available, Anthony was great to work with and could answer questions and give work updates.”

“Joe and his employees are incredible. I was in a small collision, but enough for insurance to call it and Joe got me back on the road. He knew my car was my baby, and while realistically not worth it to fix, he still took care of me and treated the car appropriately, I know my car very well and he acknowledged that. He made sure I was informed every step of the way. Things kept coming up in the process and needing a new part or something so it kept getting delayed, but Joe was patient with me and I was with him and the whole process. My car is black and over 20 years old. So very difficult to paint match old paint like that. But they managed to paint match the bumper dang near perfect, I cant even notice. Was very happy with the communication, patience, honesty, and quality of work. Thanks again!”

“Keith at Dent Specialties did a great job removing 3 dings on my wife's Honda. 1 ding was on a crease and he warned that he cant guarantee the repair because of the location but would try. He was able to get it to 95% and it looks great again. Total professional.”
“I recently got my car repaired here and I am glad I chose Armex. I was in a second car accident and was pretty nervous. The last time I had to shop for a body shop was during Covid and it was very stressful! The gentleman at Armex made the process easy and took great care of me. All my questions were answered in full detail and I left feeling confident that my car would be fixed the right way. I didn’t have to go back and forth between employees and re explain myself like I’ve had to do in the past. Whenever I had questions about pricing I was getting detailed answers and they didn’t try to add on work that didn’t need to be added like other shops tend to do. “Excellent quality work, done 5 days ahead of schedule and did not have to bring it back afterward for additional work. There was a clip that was forgotten about on the hatch for the cargo cover, but I luckily had a spare one and easily popped it in. Overall very satisfied with the work and would bring it back since it is only 10 minutes from my home.”
